very weird and unprofessional.. i mean why tell someone theyre account will be suspended in the next week?
i remember when i wanted my account closed because of their mistakes a few weeks back and rubbish support replied saying....
"i am really sorry and you are absolutely right.

planet are they from? i didnt exactly complain about "wagering requirements" but I remember from my deposit bonus... WR total was something like $3000, that "free $100 bonus" was with a WR that totalled over $4000... it had a lower playthrough amount times but because the bonus was bigger WR was more.
