Hi members! =) I claimed 10$n/d bonus in this casino and requested cashout after meting cashout req. I requested in Feb 18 and still PROCESSING. Live help always tells me, that they have problem in cash department.... maybe someone regulary recieves cashout from this casino...  Huh?

useless casino imo... a waste of time and never worth playing at...

1st incident was regarding cashout... spoke to support, was ok at 1st then was ignored and they mixed me up with someone lse telling me i had a bonus applied to my account... then when i asked the same question i wanted an answer to they never replied.

next I was given a $5 free chip there (after depositing once or twice)... in the terms it said max cashout from the chip is $50... however when i contacted support they told me the minimum withdrawl is $100 (so there was no chance of seeing it)

That sounds really strange. I played there a lot last year and their payouts usually never takes more than five days.

That's why I sugeested to make screenshots of promotions before claiming them... =\
Support very often connected me to one guy, who don't speak english, translates his text in google and then paste in chat... I understood him hardly... =/

Today i contacted Live chat again and after that recieved a call. Operator caid, that my account will be suspend soon. He gave me an example about my account suspending with blackjack playing... But i played slots only... So he adviced me to requested back my deposit. In next week my account will be suspended and it's all after sending them all my docs...

very weird and unprofessional.. i mean why tell someone theyre account will be suspended in the next week?

i remember when i wanted my account closed because of their mistakes a few weeks back and rubbish support replied saying....

"i am really sorry and you are absolutely right.
i created just for you another free $100 bonus with a much lower wagering."

1stly what planet are they from? i didnt exactly complain about "wagering requirements" but I remember from my deposit bonus... WR total was something like $3000, that "free $100 bonus" was with a WR that totalled over $4000... it had a lower playthrough amount times but because the bonus was bigger WR was more.

next....

"i really do not know why the support team acted like that and i really want to make up to you!

just let me know if there is any chance for that.

i am pretty honest with you, we are a new casino and we do not want to have issues like that. "

havent done a good job at that and they still havent employed competant support staff

so theyre saying "ok you wont deposit... heres a chance for free cash"... again they wouldnt just give money away. They knew full well I would never make WR.

As far as I know they used to be named 'Gold Rock Casino' and recently they changed their name to 21GRAND, so they are not exactly new.
I have opened an account long ago at GoldRock, so I bet my life if I sign up at 21GRAND I'll get my ass banned for having duplicate accounts, lol.

I don't like the way Rival is going lately, kinda worries me to see all the complaints and all these 'new' clipjoints opening their virtual doors.

Support can't normally explain fhy they close my acount. Only danms examples with games, which i didn't play... I needed to wait 3 weeks of cashout requesting to know, that my account will close. ololo
