DO NOT DEPOSIT HERE!!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMS.

I will keep you posted if I get my "surprise" bonus from "Erik" haha

This is a long post but I think its a funny read in a sad kind of way lol.

Just to be clear they advertise and tell you they have all the marvel games but they do not.  OHH they have one!!! IronMan 2.  And the minimum bet they have set on that slot is $12.50

This is the first conversation after talking to online support via 121 casinos website and being told they have all the marvel slots. So this is after my deposit.

madddMardigan: hi
madddMardigan: anybody home?
Marc: Hi Shawn, how may I be of assistance?
madddMardigan: hello, I just wanted to let you know that I am very upset and unsatisfied with your website customer service.
I was lied to before I made a deposit. I asked if you guys had all of the marvel slots and was told yes so I made my deposit.
madddMardigan: and you DO not.  This is not professional or business like and is NOT appreciated
madddMardigan: my money does not grow on trees and this is totally unacceptable.
Marc: just a second I am checking this for you right now
Marc: and I am sorry for the inconvenience
madddMardigan: Thank you.
Marc: We are currently installing all of the marvel games, they will all be available by the end of the week.
I have also sorted out a special bonus for you for the inconvenience :)
Marc: The bonus will be available when the games are available
madddMardigan: I plan on being away for the next week on vacation, can you issue this bonus now for this inconvience..
I appreciate your help and apologize but I am upset and its plain not fair.  
Marc: No you are correct to be upset. I understand

Marc: I am sorry, I don't have the authority to do this now but your account manager will activate this bonus for you

Oh dear oh dear oh dear.  You are certainly being dragged around in circles.

Unbelievable they said they are in the flash version of their site but they don't have a flash version of the casino.

Why not just choose a casino that does have them for sure like bet365?

I understand your frustrations. You were talked around in circles.

They should no be advertising all the marvel slot games if they have not been installed yet.

However to call this operation a scam is not appropriate.

 
I have been told support is handled by Party and the support could get confused with what games are offered where and what is available. unfortunately when it comes to call centre support they cant remember everything and sometimes dont do their job to the full potential.

They are only human after all.  You get to understand this when you work in a casino operation.

I will discuss with the casino rep regarding your bonus, and see if this erik character has helped you.

I will say that this casino is reputable and no one has to worry if they want to deposit.

Thanks for the reply melcb but I was lied too over and over,  since then I have talked to chat many times and after a few more hours I was told "erik" or "eric" my account manager no longer worked there(he was on "vacation" for a week when I asked also) and "my special bonus for the marvel games" which are installed now finally is a WHOPPING match bonus. I actually would have deposited again if they would have been honest and treated me better.  It is just frustrating to be given the run around by so many people when it comes to hard earned money.  I understand also that things may get confused with support but I was flat out lied too.  You cannot argue that the casino's support was not aware they had No flash casino and tried telling me they did and when I called "sarah" on her lie she said it was "irrelevant" if they had a flash casino or not.

Anyways I appreciate you looking into this melcb and am very curious to see what comes of it.

im sorry about this, that is a mess isnt it, and im shocked they keep lying to you, i am also shocked they couldnt give you a free chip after all this, and they then just gave you a match bonus offer, that is really bad actually, they lied to you on several occasions so they should compensate you i feel,

i think you should go and tell them you want to complain to the manager and ask for a free chip for all these mix ups

I totally get where you are coming from as a customer. You want what you paid for and as a player we sometimes get skeptical that we are being scammed. But that is not always the case and sounds like total confusion on their end.

i think before making deposit to new casino you must to read some comments or other review..on the other hand you better choose a casino who has been opened for long time.. there is a lot of casinos who's have marvel slots, an example club gold casino is good one..

-RJ- I have spent hours wasted on the phone and net with support but I am happy to say the problem is being looked into by LCB on my behalf and I am told it should be taken care of. I await to see the results.  Has anyone else deposited here?

Hi all,  Thanks to Melcb and the 121 Casino rep they have resolved this issue to my satisfaction.  I was issued a free chip to the value of the said deposit as well as a very nice birthday chip.

I am in a process of making playthrough and I just want to repeat do not take this experience as a factor in making a deposit here.  It seems the problem had to do with the actual website support and the in casino support having confusion as they were in the process of installing the games and the website support thought they were already installed.  Thanks again Everyone
