    This is a long post but I think its a funny read in a sad kind of way lol.

    Just to be clear they advertise and tell you they have all the marvel games but they do not.  OHH they have one!!! IronMan 2.  And the minimum bet they have set on that slot is $12.50

    This is the first conversation after talking to online support via 121 casinos website and being told they have all the marvel slots. So this is after my deposit.

    I understand your frustrations. You were talked around in circles.

    They should no be advertising all the marvel slot games if they have not been installed yet.

    However to call this operation a scam is not appropriate.


    I have been told support is handled by Party and the support could get confused with what games are offered where and what is available. unfortunately when it comes to call centre support they cant remember everything and sometimes dont do their job to the full potential.

    They are only human after all.  You get to understand this when you work in a casino operation.

    I will discuss with the casino rep regarding your bonus, and see if this erik character has helped you.

    I will say that this casino is reputable and no one has to worry if they want to deposit.

    im sorry about this, that is a mess isnt it, and im shocked they keep lying to you, i am also shocked they couldnt give you a free chip after all this, and they then just gave you a match bonus offer, that is really bad actually, they lied to you on several occasions so they should compensate you i feel,

    i think you should go and tell them you want to complain to the manager and ask for a free chip for all these mix ups

    I totally get where you are coming from as a customer. You want what you paid for and as a player we sometimes get skeptical that we are being scammed. But that is not always the case and sounds like total confusion on their end.

  • i think before making deposit to new casino you must to read some comments or other review..on the other hand you better choose a casino who has been opened for long time.. there is a lot of casinos who's have marvel slots, an example club gold casino is good one..

    I am in a process of making playthrough and I just want to repeat do not take this experience as a factor in making a deposit here.  It seems the problem had to do with the actual website support and the in casino support having confusion as they were in the process of installing the games and the website support thought they were already installed.  Thanks again Everyone

These things sometimes happen in casino support, especially when the casino is being updated so it's difficult for them to know everything about it instantly. But it's great that the casino decided to compensate for your loss and correct its mistake, it's a sign of good will and professionalism.
