Is this monthly bonus still good for July? I made my first deposit and it wasn't credited. I emailed them several days ago and haven't received a reply. What gives?

I received an email back and they just gave me instructions on how to download the software. So I redownloaded again and no difference. So I called support today and they told me I have to deposit 80euros to get the bonus. So I did that and lo and behold no bonus. I called them again and they said they didn't understand why I wasn't getting the bonus. The operator said he has to contact the technical department and then they will contact me. So we'll see....so far July -5euros phone charges  |

well, my score over william hill is next:

july + 0$
august +10$
Last night i deposited 40$ and received 40$. After 200 hands( playing 1$ a hand), i was +10$ good. But form there bad streak came and in next 550 hands i lost all bonus and left only with deposit money.Then i decided to gamble a bit, and start playing multihand bj, with 5x1$, and won 10$ in next 100 hands. Then i cashed out , and now waiting for money to lay down into my c. card.

August +200 GBP  Received 25 GBP bonus, played BJ, had some luck at the beginning but when completed WR, was still with my 25...Played Roulette and placed 1 bet of 25 GBP on (25,26,28,29 square) and BAM! 29!!!!! lucky me  Cheers...  |
