Ok, when you get the message above does it pop up in a box? If so that is where the code should be. If it is not then you should take a screenshot showing it tells you that you won, but does not supply the code. Send that to JC support and ask them to credit it or fix it. You could miss out on more gifts if that is the case. Good Luck!

Congrats Katt....I just got my platinum status and with it a $400 bonus...couldn't do squat with it, but did manage a few up s and downs...got it to $1000 at one point but was only $3000 in to the $24000 playthrough...lol, oh well...it was fun while it lasted, but i'm very glad to see you won, met playthrouh and was paid  |

thanks satansmuff... I know you will win! I just know it! And soon! I just got Silver status and I only deposit a little bit of money. Mostly I have been playing all their generous free chips! I have had bonuses this month that come to $370 all together. good luck!

I just spoke with Jackpot Capital Live Chat and found out they are having an error on the gift page today. It seems to have amnesia  It does not seem to know me...  They advise to check back in 24 hours... katt |

I just opened gift number 3 but it says there is no bonus for number 3. Lol...what was the gift then....whats the point of calling something a gift if nothing is there?

just out of curiosity, i asked about empty gifts and i was given what my grandma would call "double talk" lol:

I just wonder who in their marketing department is going to be shot at dawn? This promotiion has been ill-fated from the start. I just have to think it is harming more than helping their numbers! Gift 3 has no gift in it! Oh p0kahontis ... at least it knows your name! It just acted like it never heard of me before and of course I must either be doing something wrong or I have not played lately and I should go do that... it is comical as blue says... in a very sick sort of way! katt |

i got that message too. but today i could log in and i got the same bonus as two days ago. but then i realized i only have 36 points and gift 1 range is 1-44. it is comical, but jackpot still gives its customers a lot of free chips weekly. |

I think I've received 3 $20 bonuses. The one I got last night was a good one. I met my playthrough and cashed out at $100. Also cashed out $500 from my $100 bonus from slotocash. Yay  |
