  • So while awaiting my cashout at Grande Vegas, I've obsessively been checking the status and sometimes I've inadvertently clicked on the payout options.. Anyway In the past week, the cost of withdrawal via western union has gone up from $65 to $85. To me, that is extremely unacceptable. I'm unable to receive international bank wires to my acct, not to mention, it's $60 for that, and add on the bank fees associated on our end..  Checks seem to be nothing but headaches...

So with that.. I don't think I'll be using online gambling as my form of entertainment anymore. The costs associated with it are just getting out of control. It's bad enough to lose.. I'll take the risk at my local casino. At least I'll get something for that $85.

  • wow that IS insane. Will see what their Rep has to say about this...

  • USA players don't have a lot of withdrawal options.
Sometimes I think that some casinos are just taking advantage of that fact.
Looking forward to read the response you get from the Rep Zuga..............................

  • It really sucks. Think about it this way.. Just SAY you're playing a free chip, max cashout is $180, $85 to use wire transfer, and then you're under the $100 minimum. Lol yay! Guess I'm glad I cashed out right before the changes were implemented.

I also noticed jackpot capital is the same,.. Cashout methods are more limited to slotastic and I can't remember if they were the same fee as well. But wow. I've moved on to Inetbet for the time being.

  • There is another  cash out option that USA players can use, that is Cardpay, the fee is only $9. It will refund the money back to card that you used to make the deposits.  It takes the whole process about 5 business days, but I don't know what happen with Jackpot Capital group now that it takes too long for them this time.  This withdrawal option is the fastest to receive money.  For check withdrawal, you have to wait for check to be cleared from your bank also, that will take sometimes and the fee is crazy high, $60 compared to $9 for cardpay.

  • I see the $9 fee.. But it says 2/weeks now. As opposed to before (again, I saw both before and after the update) when it was 7 days... So I'm guessing a processor change or huh??
