UPay Card

This is a new option being used by Casino Extreme.  I haven't seen it anywhere else that I play at, yet.

Has anyone here used it yet?  CE is advertising it for Instant Withdrawals, for US players, so I'm wondering if it's working well.

All I could say ,this method is something we all have been waiting for soo many years. It is  an E- wallet similar to any ohter plus their fees are lower .They give you an option to withdraw via wire or via ATM with the  card they offer .
Of course we at Casino Extreme strive for instant withdrawal  options only ,that is something that we are proud off all toghether with our customer support .

I was referred to UPaycard from Casino Extreme because the casino processes withdrawals immediately to UPaycard. The jury is still out, as far as I'm concerned. I provided the documentation to establish an account with UPaycard and then requested a bank wire withdrawal. There has been delay after delay. It has now been 4 business days since the requested withdrawal and today I was advised that the withdrawal was cancelled because I failed to leave $10 in my account to cover UPaycard's fee. Customer service advised me that it can take up to 5 days to process a withdrawal request on their end, and then 3 - 5 days for the international wire to get credited to my U.S. bank. I rerequested a withdrawal, this time leaving $10 to cover the fee, and now I wait. In hindsight, I should have had Casino Extreme mail me a check and paid the higher fee for that service. At least I would have my money by now.

This is a new method on the market and from my point of view it could become the best option for US customers especially when it comes to instant withdrawals. If you combine all their options ( plastic card and wire transfers ),you will be more than happy .

I've contacted them to shade some lights on this ,hopefully I will get an answer by Monday .

Please note ,I am not trying to fight for them just comparing Upaycard with other wallets available in Europe.

This thread is open for discussions and  look forward to hear all your thoughts ,we just have to give them some time as we did for every single method which accepts US customers .

At the end of the day there are other methods available to cash out your winnings, they work perfectly fine .

I LOVE this deposit option! I use a preloaded debit card to deposit into myUpay card account. The loading is easy and using it to deposit is a piece of cake! You can also setup Text alerts to keep you on top of your balance, Transactions and your Security Code that you need to decode in order to deposit. All in all, I love this new deposit option for USA casino players!

I would suggest if you are a player from the USA, signup for this! You can also order a physical card so if you have money or a withdrawal in your account, you can remove it from an ATM! How sweet is that?!

I have had a UPayCard account for 4 months and made deposits and withdrawals. They are no longer allowing US Players to use the UPayCard Mastercard or Virtual account to deposit or withdraw. Customer Service Chat Rep stated that the $9.95 can be requested for a refund.

Just great. I just opened a Upaycard last night because one of my poker sites said this is the only way they offer a withdraw when I clicked on the withdraw button. I am a U. S. player.

My experience with upay has not been so great. Assure from them requesting multiple documents to verify ID and proof of address, they wanted a picture of me holding my ID, which I sent but then wanted copies of everything else under the sun multiple times and even made my account a receive only status for weeks until I finally told them I was just going to close it if they kept my money hostage any longer. It's finally at normal use status so we'll see how it goes before they start requesting copies of documents I've sent them 3 times over. I'm not impressed. To get a direct answer from support about issues was like pulling teeth. I'd just get alerts with requests for documents that were already sent. I'm afraid to have any winnings deposited to UPay. I deposited via credit card and had no trouble with upay until I used the money I deposited to fund my casino accounts. Good luck to all UPay users!

Well, a poker site deposited on my e-wallet, upaycard. I do not want a physical mastercard. Thought I would enjoy using the virtual MasterCard but upaycard said their system is under maintenance and i will be notified by email when the system will issue me a virtual MasterCard. I have had a upaycard account for over a month and no virtual MasterCard has been issued. Looks like bankwire is only option for me to get at my upaycard funds.Talk about a bait and switch. The virtual mastercard seemed like such a good idea, but for now, for me and my situation, it is only a theory. 

Upaycard.com was able to do a wire transfer to my bank account. It wasn't cheap. I like to keep my transaction fees at 1 percent when I buy and sell a stock, but with casinos, I know the fees can be steeper so I budget closer to 10 percent. My transaction amount this time around, testing upaycard, was so small, that fees were 26 percent of my cost after my bank and upaycard were done with me.

This isn't suprisening really, as most eWallets that even remotely service US Players.  Tend to get quite the "royalty" fee mainly because there taking a huge risk by processing the deposit and withdrawal of casino funds.

It's only really a matter of time before there caught and shut down really.  Something the US has gotten really good at honestly.

So most of these places are in to make as much money as possible before having there channel shut down.

With you playing in the US, I'm surprised you haven't take note of Bit Coin really.  Yes there are fees with that method as well, but not what most places are charging for wires, checks, etc these days.

Hell the last Western Union fee I paid of $180 could have been saved if I had taken it in BTC.  Yet that was like 2 to 3 years back by now.

I opened a UPaycard account a few months ago.    Still haven't used 'em yet.   I have been using Bitcoin almost exclusively for going on 3 years now.   I do like the idea of  a physical card to withdraw money from an ATM.    I remember way back when  we  Americans could do that with Neteller (card).   Now if only I could find a decent debit card for Bitcoin I would be very happy.

You might want to contact UPayCard to verify if USA members are still accepted to have and use the hard card.  I have an account. I have used it several times with the hard card and ewallet.  However, I was informed that USA was currently no longer able to use the hard card. But customer service did say that they were working on re-establishing the use of the hard cards to us.

I hear you bongo. Trying my best not to use bitcoin. If other options dry out then i may have to resort to that. I really was hoping most of these poker sites would just offer Paypal and be done, lol. These upaycard and neteller stuff is a stop gap measure to something bigger. 

STRANGE  that  happens  to me  with UPAYCARD !!

When Neteller  closer their doors at French i opened  an Upaycard account and for casinos   that didnot have this method paymenyt i buy a virtual card UPAY.

It is not like neteller where you  have money into  your account and whith a prepaid card activated you can use the  money into your account as you need, you know it,  or directly with the account or with your card.

NO at UPAY You have to  transfert the money from your account to the card and from the card to the account and only if there is   enought  money !  not less of 40 euros- and dont  forget if  you put money in your UPAY account and  want  transfert it  into  the card , dont forget  the fees  !!! then you cant  use   your  card,  because it stays  less of  40 euros!!

But   you are lucky  even  with  that if  they   dont cancelled their transfert option exactely the transfert  from your account to the card!!!

They mock me !! since 4  month   here  what they said me :

Thank you, Please be informed we are currently running a technical upgrade with our card issuer and the option to transfer funds from your account to your UPayCard MasterCard is not available for the moment. According to our Technical department we confirmed that this

process could take 4 - 8 weeks to be finalized and you will be notified via email once this option is available.

4 month  i wait        AND I did not  heard   from nobody this "technical  upgrade"

WHY ? i dont know  .....But   I asked to close my account and they want that i pay    some  fees !!!!!!

I  took UPAY CARD also  to can make deposit in  differents currencies that  i cant make with my french prepaidcard.

I paid for  something  that doesnt  work and in plus  i have  to pay fees !!!!!!!

I have had the physical UPay card for over a year, but I never used it. I have only made one withdrawal from UPay, and it was a bank wire and it was very cumbersome and costly. Now they are saying I cannot use my card, again due to "technical upgrades." Now Casino Extreme is only doing withdrawals to UPay or Bitcoin. I can't even get a wire transfer from the cashier. So my winnings are sitting there until I figure something out.

@Delilah - I think its worth it to try and start using bitcoin.

Skrill is better than NETeller not much hassle and on Neteller, they have a minimum deposit before you can use your account. Skrill even u make a 10euro deposit you can ready to use your e-wallet. and you don't have to send your documents to prove that you are the person owned the account unless if you transact with the high limit.

USA players cannot use Skrill or neteller unfortunately:/
