I won't post the link but here's the statement made to the webmaster of another forum from QT:

Quote
"The management of Quicktender would like to make the following statement
regarding the current situation with UseMyWallet/Quicktender withdrawals:

We have operated a reputable and reliable payment mechanism for US customers
since 2006. Our reputation is important to us, and until recently there has
never been any question that players and merchants would be paid. In order
to achieve this, we have built over many years relationships with payment
intermediaries that share our values of honesty and integrity. In the
jurisdictions from which we offer our services we are proud to be properly
licensed and constituted, and have even worked with US law enforcement on
occasions where criminal activity has been identified.

However, we cannot always predict some of the vagaries of the US
administration. Over the past 2 weeks we have in good faith transmitted
withdrawals initiated by Quicktender account holders to beneficiary bank
accounts in the US. The money left our account in Europe. It was only in
response to increasing complaints from our customers that we recognised
there was a problem, and asked our bank to investigate. It emerges that the
money has been accumulated in our bank's correspondent banking partners
accounts in the US, and has been frozen. We suspect it is possible that
these funds may be subject to a seizure order by the US authorities. We
would stress that we do not have bank accounts in the US of our own, and
that the funds have left our account Europe.

It is our express intention to ensure that the funds of our account holders
are safe. For this reason we have decided to suspend future withdrawals
until we understand what has happened to the money that has been frozen. If
we continue to transmit bank wires into the US we could find that these
funds also do not reach their ultimate beneficiaries. This would simply make
the problem worse.

We ask our customers to bear with us in these difficult times. Please be
assured that we have always honored our obligations in the past, and that we
will make every effort to overcome these current difficulties. It is not in
the interests of anybody to attempt to financially impact QuickTender
further. These actions may impact the future viability of the company and
the ability of the company to pay its customers. We are assessing our
current exposure, and how best to reintroduce withdrawals safely.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their past
loyalty, and to reiterate that we will take all possible steps to ensure
that our customers money is secure."
----

That does NOT look good.  :/(

Thanks,labeled for the info.
How frustrating...but I am glad to see QT does not have an account in the USA... so it can't be seized.
I understand that we can still deposit with QT, but just trying to be cautious and 100% sure if it is safe, do not withdraw to QT or withdraw from QT to your bank account until we hear/find more information(s). ;)
I would suggest our members to request Wires or Checks when withdrawing from a Casino if these options are available for the time being.

I now see the option to WD from my QT account, it was there this morning but since I already initiated a wire transfer for the first of my 2 payouts, I won't be using QT just yet.  However, I have one more payout for $2500 on the way to QT and I am not sure how I will handle the WD.  I hate transfering it to another casino to initiate a wire transfer because its another 4-7 day delay to get funds....but from the sounds of things here, that may be quicker than trying to WD via QT!  Taaa, you'll have to let us know when funds hit your account since you have a WD in process now.  Hope its there in the next day or two!!

More Quicktender/UseMyWallet News

Quick Tender aka Use My Wallet US http://www.quicktender.com/ To All Casino Owners and Operators, Forums, Players, Payment Processors, Software Providers, Credit Card Issuers, Banks and any related interests to the gaming community,     We have come across a gravely serious matter and are at this time requesting the cooperation of everyone involved in the gaming industry.   Please be advised that Villento Brand, ( Villento Las Vegas & Rich Reels ) and Microgaming software have been brought up opposed to some serious charges involving fraud in the U.S.A. marketing of casino gaming.   Most important to you right now is the fact that QUICK TENDER, ( USE MY WALLET ) THE NEW MONEYLINE WALLET AND MANY PROCESSOR NAMES USED BY QUICK TENDER ARE DEEPLY INVOLVED IN THIS FRAUD WHICH INCLUDES GROSS MISREPRESENTATION, BANK FRAUD, AND OUT RIGHT SCAMMING U.S. PLAYERS AND COMPROMISING THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS!!   We are in the process of turning over all information to the authorities as to and as this process continues, all the names of those notified will be included in the materials provided.   It was one thing when you were not aware, now we are taking it to the industry and it is up to you to take the proper steps.   The U.S. players have continued supporting this industry with all the added aggravations, costs & fees incurred and issues arising.   As you are all well aware, Quick Tender ( Use My Wallet ) advertises on all the gaming sites that they are the safe, effective way for international depositing. Villento Brand goes as far as to tell U.S. players that they must have a Quick Tender Account if they ever intend to process a withdrawal.....it is the ONLY way with their casinos.   As we all know, Quick Tender is the " casino cash exchanger ", they are recommended as processors at very many of your casinos.   We are asking for your volunteering cooperation in disassociating yourselves from all Quick Tender, Use My Wallet, Moneyline Wallet .......and all the processors associated with Quick Tender. ( We can provide the other processors if you need the names, email us. ) To show your support to the U.S. and all your U.S. players, who will be knowing this, especially when things ease up soon.   Quick Tender who advertises and associates itself with so many of your casinos.......whose sole market is the casino industry, is closing and locking U.S. players accounts......... saying they did not know that the account was going to be used to deposit at casinos. To say that the U.S. players have preformed a fraudulent act by depositing into the casinos. While they process every single credit card purchase, every single bank withdrawal directly into the participating casinos......... They have closed and locked accounts saying they were used for fraudulent purchases and then they say they are returning the funds to said accounts. THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED ANY FUNDS TO ANY ACCOUNTS!!   What they did instead was try to " withdraw " one last time from the accounts they, themselves have closed. They tell you to leave the account as the cash has been refunded and will be re-deposited and instead they actually try to withdraw from the accounts instead.   This is all a very long, involved and intricate scheme. Many who have been victimized have become overwhelmed and given up in trying to follow the trail of all those involved. They close their accounts or change the account numbers and give up. That is not going to happen this time.   We are hoping as a show of support, integrity and professionalism in this industry which has been pledged with so many issues and problems, you will show your good intentions and end all business relations with the company voluntarily.   It would will be of interest for you all to know that all parties involved have been given every opportunity to respond and deal with this issue. They have chosen to take the gamble that we will quit and go quietly away. We are in possession of many, many documents which support and give ample proof to the severity of these crimes!! ( You will additionally note that the latest name change came within a week of the exposing of these criminal acts taking place.)   The decision is yours, the time is now. Those who choose to act will be commended as this scandal unfolds, those who make the decision not to, well, it will be revealed who was notified and did nothing.   Please forward any questions or comments to: USA Demands Fair Play usademandsfairplay AT hotmail.com

I just noticed that some reputable casinos like clubworld don't have usemywallet for deposit/withdrawal anymore which made me so nervous.  Luckily, Jackpot Capital group still has this option, so I transfered my last $140 to Grande Vegas. My withdrawal of $700 still has not reached my bank yet nor returned back to quicktender, so I dont know what to do.

Pacer, where did that post come from?  It sounds to me like someone is seriously trying to rile people up, and I'd like to know who.

Taaa, I am not sure if your withdrawal is included in the case of money left their(qt) bank but the bank that they send all the US wires to is the one that's been frozen.(according to their letter!)
I seriously don't understand how anyone can keep our money because of the clear fact that it's not theirs!!!
What helps me to feel better,,,knowing that players from all five poker sites have started to getting their money back even after funds were seized.,,,so I guess it's only a matter of time.
Hope you will get your money without any hassle.

"No more funds to be sent to US players

As of recent, there have been reports that US affiliates and players are not receiving payments in a timely manner, and in confirmation of these reports, the reputable European e-payment company Quick Tender-UseMyWallet announced that it has stopped sending funds to US players.

The company made a public statement, in which it stated that it has reliable and efficiently served the industry for several years, but that it cannot always predict the "vagaries of the US administration."

"Over the past 2 weeks we have in good faith transmitted withdrawals initiated by Quicktender account holders to beneficiary bank accounts in the US," the statement reads.

"The money left our account in Europe. It was only in response to increasing complaints from our customers that we recognised there was a problem, and asked our bank to investigate.

"It emerges that the money has been accumulated in our bank's correspondent banking partners accounts in the US, and has been frozen. We suspect it is possible that these funds may be subject to a seizure order by the US authorities.

"We would stress that we do not have bank accounts in the US of our own, and that the funds have left our account in Europe."

"For this reason we have decided to suspend future withdrawals until we understand what has happened to the money that has been frozen. If we continue to transmit bank wires into the US we could find that these funds also do not reach their ultimate beneficiaries. This would simply make the problem worse," it was concluded in the statement, which asks users to be patient until a clarification is obtained.

For the time being, since the cessation of the US actions could represent a significant blow to the company’s viability, it started assessing its current exposure and how best to reintroduce withdrawals in a safe and reliable manner."

Man, this is really stressing me out!  I am stil waiting on a $2500 payout to hit QT from Rival Superior...should have been there yesterday...not there today....their live chat was closed off & on yesterday and also this morning so I had to leave a message to check the status of the payout.  I'm going to stick to the casinos that I can get checks or wire transfers from for the time being...no more usemywallet payouts, which includes pretty much all the Rivals as their only method for USA players.  This just sucks.  Trying to remain patient while it all gets sorted out but $2500 is a big chunk of change to be held in limbo!

As your recent QuickTender withdrawal MTCN WD2203541 of $700.00 was not received into your nominated bank account we will be returning the full amount of the withdrawal including the $30.00 fee shortly to your QuickTender Account 1000673941.

So long as your QuickTender Account remains in good standing with us we will enable you to make a new withdrawal request as soon as we have this facility available again. We will notify you as a priority as soon as it is available.

Also the funds in your QuickTender Account can still be used to purchase at QuickTender accepting sites.

Please be assured the funds in your QuickTender Account are safe and secure and we appreciate your continued support. We apologise for the inconvenience that our inability to process your withdrawal request has caused you. Please understand that we transmitted your withdrawal request in good faith from a European bank account, and the funds left this account. We understand that the money has been frozen in the US banking system, and you will appreciate that this is entirely beyond our control.

We have suspended the withdrawal option as a temporary measure in order to prevent further instances like this in the short term.

Thank you for your patience.

I know LhasaLover, it's good to know that they are trying to resolve the issue.  Unlike Echeck.us, they were just gone overnight and took all my money.

Ok, well, that's good news.  At least it's not frozen in cyberspace hell.
