  • Just found out that Jackpot Capital has Card Pay option for withdrawal which I think it's the best withdrawal option for US players.  Minimum withdrawal is $100 and the fee is only $9.  Who cashed out at Jackpot Capital using this option before?  How long the whole process will take?  any trouble?

    thanks

  •               Hey TaaaDaaa,  do you have to deposit using a credit/debit card?  you know what a pain that is for us in  the US.    I love the $100 minimum though.  $9  sounds pretty reasonable too.

  • I don't understand what you/they mean by "Card Pay".  Are they saying they can refund to our credit cards when no one else can, or is Card Pay a new type of system/wallet?

  • Yes, I assume that this is the same service as what ClubUSA uses then you must use a debit card or credit card to deposit before a withdrawal may be processed to the card.  In addition, they don't process payments to prepaid cards so that doesn't work. At least, it's cheap and provides a way to get more than one payout per week.  Doesn't help those of us who don't use bank casrds to deposit.

  • I did not realize they have that option.  I love Grande Vegas, a sister site, I believe, but they
don't allow funds to be paid back onto a credit card.  That is the option I prefer.  It is fast and easy.

  • I'm always amazed to hear what USA players think is reasonable, and feel massively fortunate to live in the UK where I can withdraw for free, usually within an hour or two at most places I play at, via a method that gives me instant access to the funds. Not trying to make you guys jealous, but just saying, for the USA to be light years behind the UK in any respect is highly unusual - as a kid I was super jealous of the amazing prices console games and hardware were sold for across the pond, its so rare for the boot to be on the other foot!

So if $9 is reasonable as a fee, and $100 is a "great" minimum, what exactly is average, or dare i ask, poor ?

  • I successfully withdrew the minimum payout of $100 plus $9 fee at Jackpot Capital casino two months ago.  Yes, my card is a debit card which connect to my bank or you can say it's a checking card.

yes bongo.  You have to deposit using your debit card (bank card or checking account) once and they will pay back to the card when u request the withdrawal.
The whole process takes about 4-5 days for the money to hit your bank.

  • I only play at Club World Casinos, mostly Lucky Red.  Haven't played online in a while, but I use my bank debit card to deposit and Pay My Card for withdrawals.  Withdrawal goes back to the debit card which goes into my checking account.  So far no problems with my bank (knock on wood.)

  • not sure what's going on now with Jackpot Capital group.  I made the cash out on 10/31 and the withdrawals were processed on 11/05 using cardpay as the withdrawal method.  Usually, it takes 1-3 days to receive the money, but up till now, I still have not received them yet.  Contacted livechat and was told  that the earliest I will receive is on 11/17 and latest will be on 11/20.  It takes too long this time, not sure about future payout.  sad

  • I recently noticed that they have this "Card Pay" option here at Slotastic Casino, a sister site of Jackpot Capital.  In fact, when I made a withdrawal at Slotastic a few months ago, (it was my 1st withdrawal at Slotastic) I was requested to send my docs to the Jackpot Capital document email address.  Well, anyway,
I used "Card Pay" for this 2nd withdrawal.  I got an email on 1/02/2015 saying that my withdrawal had been processed to my card.  It also said that it can take 8 to 10 business days before it shows up on my card.

I think that is just too long..............
Today will be 4 business days and still nothing in my account.
    So I am still waiting.

I almost forgot why I was making this post.
The card I am using is a prepaid debit card (netSpend) that I use to make some of my deposits.

I will let you know when it is finally posted in my account.

  • I hope it gets processed.  I have heard that Netspend will suspend your account.  I have a Skylight Financial prepaid card and have not tried it yet, but really want to.  Has anyone tried a regular credit card and have it work without problems?

  • Hey wyldheart, you must be a mind reader.  Well close.
It took 17 business days for them to get it in my netSpend account.
After all that time and trouble, netSpend put a block on my account
because I do not have a payment of the same amount debited on that card.
They don't really know what it is, but I am sure they suspect.

With the help of LCB, the Jackpot Capital Rep is taking care, as we speak, to have
    the funds retrieved via chargeback.

Don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys.
    And
Don't ever send your winnings to your netSpend card if you live in the USA.

  • The way I understand Cardforce also known as Pay My Card.

Is that they can't process these types of transactions to a prepaid card of any sorts.

They suggest only using a regular bank debit card.  You can do a credit card, but you have to have enough debt on the card, and enough of a credit limit.  To justify the transaction.

  • How long does it take once the payment has been processed for it to hit your card account?  I had a payment processed today and was wondering when I should expect to see it credited to my bank account?
