Bitcoin Fluctuations

Wowee, let me tell ya.  The last 2 weeks has been one hell of a ride for Bit Coins.

First it finally budged from the mid $200's range per coin.  To over the last 48 hours, it spiked from the lower $300's to over $497/coin.  I sold a few of those puppies at that rate.  First time in ever have I made a really, really nice profit with bit coins.

I tell ya what now that the price has gone back down to $396.00.  Makes me wish I should have sold all 40 I own at the $497.00 rate.  Considering 99% of them were purchased at the much lower rates.  The return on investment would have been astronomical.

What a ride I tell ya, what a ride.

I am just learning about bitcoins (Chris Dunn tv) and that roller-coaster ride seems to be all part of the package.  At least that's my understanding so far.  I have only heard one source's information to date and I am going to read some more sources and their different opinions and information.

I agree with Zuga about the volatility of crypto currency.  Bitcoin is not the only kid on the block, there are many more out there.  I don't think trading bitcoins would be a fit for me.  I'm probably only going to use them as a deposit option for playing at the online casinos that accept them.  I'm not stock market, commodities, or day trading savvy!  Too much work and dissecting for this old lady.  But, I sincerely wish you luck with the bitcoin market!
