Any casino pay back to prepaid Visa card??

Does anyone know if there are any casinos that pay withdrawals back to a prepaid credit card?

        Hey Gabby,  several of the RTG sites have the withdrawal  option of "Pay My Card"  but I'm pretty sure it has to be a credit card or a debit tied to a checking acct.    Neteller is now allowing Americans
back  and I believe we can withdraw directly to that account which you can withdraw by using their  MC prepaid card.    But back to your original question, I  can't think of any sites that do that.

Per my conversation yesterday with support, Neteller will only be allowing legal US sites to make transactions with them.  So therefore anywhere outside of the US will be restricted.
Prepaids won't allow for refunds, because apparently they see refunds without a purchase a security risk.
Otherwise the short answer for most people who don't want to get a wire transfer, are left with a check option or cash option.  If either are available.

        Sooo which states are exactly legal?  I spoke with them yesterday also and I wasn't quite sure
what they meant about working out some regulations with New Jersey?  What I want to know is ---Can we withdraw  money from a site into our Neteller acct. if, for instance we didn't necessarily deposit via Neteller?  'Cause I'm not sure if this has all the bugs worked out yet.  When I was on their website looking at the FAQ's  I got the impression that we could move funds back and forth but I'm not sure. 

Another player at another forum just tried, it was declined because the transaction violated our countries laws.  She tried a cashout from Slotocash and Neteller wouldn't allow it.

I think it is a bit of a legal problem to accept casino winnings directly to your credit or debit card, for the US players. Neteller should be a nice solution to that problem though...
