123 Bingo will allow 2 people from same IP to have accounts as long as both have sent in documents and it has to be approved, me and my daughter both have accounts, though she has moved since and has her own IP now for a time we both shared my PC.. i beleive Bingo Flash or is it Bingo Knights.. one of those two will allow the same thing, right now it just slips my mind..

I thought i'd relay this info

They are all related I thought, I could be wrong though.

All due respect Diane, are you upset because the no free chip or bbz or are you upset that you both couldn't have an account without documents on file?

                                  Thank you for the info.......  After Patricks last text to our chat session he Quickly ended and closed the chat window of our session with no other words than what you see in my post on this subject.  Just in time actually i copied the chat session before he closed the chat window completely. I copied the chat session because i wanted my twin sister to see what had been said to me bye Patrick from 123 Bingo Online Chat Support. I was so upset that I was treated that way. Diane i hear ya, theres nothing worse then having chat support treat you unkindly and without respect, or even not understanding what you are trying to do.. seems sometimes they go off in another world of their own not even being on your level, almost as if it is automated response. Then you are especially hurt because you are a loyal depositor.

I'd relax a little, then try back with another chat personel 123 Bingo are pretty good about things i never have problems, i myself have never asked for a freebie from 123 Bingo, but i did throw some codes at Bingo Knights chat support and got them no problems.

Patrick is usually very friendly. I have seen chat scripts of others that have been turned down for the freebies and some that got them no problems. I wonder if it is the mood of the person lol...
Theres another one.. i think his name is Robert (dont quote me i could be wrong on the name but it's something like that).. he was excellent

I'm a little confused as I don't see what the exact problem is.  Two accounts are allowed so each of you can play but you just need to send in docs.  As for not receiving freebies even as a depositing customer, well..we don't always get freebies when we ask (unfortunately).

I did before because I won off the ND chip.  I felt a little "tricked" by the deposit bonus but of course I didn't get full clarification so it was my fault.  Basically I got no bonus as in cash I don't think but the 300% or whatever it was came in BBs.  But when I did complain a little via live chat I was given more BBs easily and now I understand a little more how it works.

Both me and my daughter have.. true its a fun site and i do win here and there, love the slots.. no big wins but at the same time no big losses.. you know what i mean? Mainly it just passes the time.. i have had my account up into the hundreds.. but i just keep playing lol... i can actually play for hours if i really work it..

I deposited several times to 123.. and I had the same similar experience yesterday.  I was trying to redeem old20, and I also copied my chat- I won't post it and steal this thread, but I have never been talked to so rudely on chat by Sandy.  She accused me of having multiple accounts linked to my IP address etc., and told me I had to deposit right away if I wanted to keep my account active.  I was on hold for a long time while I demanded that she get her facts straight, and that I AM a depositor.  B#$##$.. I told her I have never been treated so rudely, and I was copying the chat lol.  I did get my bonus after the end of it all though, and you can use it in the treasure area, so that was cool.  but i hear ya!

Toodle..one of the reps did this on accident once and apologized.  I think what happens is they have multiple chats going and confuse themselves.  Not saying what they did is excusable and everyone has days where they are "one sandwich short of a picnic" haha.

I really wish you would post your chat session here. Your not stealing anything. If there is disrespect to players then maybe management should be made aware of it. This is a very good site and hate to see a poor rep/reps ruin it.

Good point allgood it could very well be the case. But if it is the case then they need some changes in the way they handle live chat. Or at least explain that they chatted in wrong window. It would make a world of difference to the player if they did.

Customer service is so vital in our perception of any gambling site. There is just no excuse for bad service if it is indeed the case.
