    I have been emailing support for couple days and i get noooooooooo response.  Is anyone there anymore??

    I received an email that they had put a $5 chip in my account.  I was playing and got called away and left with casino open. 

    When i got back, i was logged out, of course. 

    But when i tried to log back in, i get the message that my account had been blocked and an email address to inquire at. help@rialtocasino.com 

    I also emailed directly from website.

    So i have just been trying to reach someone to unstick me, but i have gotten no response whatsoever to emails.

  • There must be a restriction for those countries now for top game as we did not have any problems in the past.

    anfransen, please try to disable antivirus and antispyware protection before you try to download TG casino.

  • Try and delete all cookies relating to Rialto Casino.  Sometimes this can stop a download.  Just another thought.

    Using firefox i have cleared everything from cookies, history, etc...but it is still the same...
