I have contacted live chat several times at each casino, but I feel like I am getting the run-around because I get different information from each agent I chat with. Your Virtual and Slots of Vegas withdrawls will be sent within the next few business days, at the end of this week or the beginning of next week. Sometimes our processors are delayed in sending funds to the US, especially when there is more than one cashout to the same person.

Please know no one is giving you the run-around, it is just difficult for agents to give you exact information, they basically have to give you an estimate. I'll keep an eye on your withdrawls and contact you back as soon as I have any further information.
