  • Hi LCB'ers,

Cyber Club Casino is now placed on the probation list.

This casino got closed in 23 May 2014 , and terminated its license agreement with its Isle of Man gaming platform and license supplier GBB Ltd due to serious issues with its gaming platform and business operations.

Before that they were placed on our warning list due to slow pay of winnings and slow and poor communication from casino representative.

They have re-opened in September and now claim there are no outstanding payments due to players.

For this reason we decided to place them on the probation list for the period of 3 months and we invite players to report  any potential issues or complaints , and also ask any questions and post their inquiries.

Cyber Club Casino has a new Rep now who will be addressing the forum community here at LCB.

  • Hello Cyberclub and welcome to the LCB community. The first order of the day is let's get Cyber Club Casino off probation. The staff here is really friendly and easy to get along with.

  • okay I got a question...

what caused the loss of the license back in May and ultimately your OP closure? And given the money flow and past processing issues who is to say that won't happen again?

You are basically inviting us to trust you but you will understand that ppl will be reluctant given your past.

thanks in advance for your replies.

  • Hi Nirvana,

Thanks for the question and giving us the opportunity to clear this issue up...

Cyber Club Casino did not actually lose its license. The brand was licensed and operated by Golden Boys Bet Ltd under contract. Since it was licensed and regulated by the IOM gaming commission, we had been assured that everyone was protected.

However, it quickly became apparent that GBB was failing in almost every part of the agreement and subsequently Cyber Club requested termination of the contract with GBB and had to effect this through legal process. We now understand that GBB has gone into bankruptcy with substantial debts.

Despite this, Cyber Club Casino has worked tirelessly with the IOMGC to ensure that all player balances were insured and that all affiliates and marketing partners were paid in full.

It is always a shame when these things happen, but measures have been put into place by the senior management so that this situation can not happen again.

    Many thanks,

    Andrew

  • thank you Andrew, I appreciate your explanation and being open to discuss what caused the past issues.

Can you elaborate more on these new measures put in place?
  • It has been a month and Im still waiting for a reply....

  • Interesting.. I see the rep was active earlier today and checking out this thread but yet no reply...

not a good sign for a casino on probation to avoid giving answers..

  • Hi Nirvana,

First of all i wholeheartedly apologise for the delay. I have been on holiday and after coming back catching up on a mountain of work which has included taking part in the training of new staff.

We now have a direct line to our accounts team meaning there can be no confusion or delays in regards to player withdrawals. We also have made sure we retain control of all player support and strive to reply to all queries instantly via live chat and emails within 60 minutes (during hours of operation). Feel free to test this and i am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

Since the re-launch we have had many players try us out and are proud that as of yet we have not had one complaint about below par service or slow withdrawal times. We are also delighted to announce the UK Government have deemed us worthy of an official license offering even more player protection and assurance.

    Kind regards

    Andrew
    Cyber Club Support.

  • I appreciate the clarification Andrew. And congratulations on your UK license .  thumbs_up

  • Some good news LCBers,

the 3months probation period has ended and i am happy to report that we have not received any new complaints for this brand.

It is fair to say they have passed the probation, which means they will not be placed back to our warning list.

We believe it is safe to play at this casino.

    Cheers
    Zuga

  • That is some good news Zuga. Being licensed by the Gambling commission in UK will also keep them on the straight and narrow.

A big thumbs up to Cyber club for cleaning up their act and making their way back onto our good list. Please stay honest and fair to our members and players.
