  • I just wish there was a rep here that I could talk to about a withdrawal I made on 8/15/12 that is still not been processed.  I've chatted four times with the agents on the casino and have been getting the run around.  It's supposed to take 4-7 working days to get approval, but it has been 15 working days.  They keep assuring me that it will be by the end of the week, or next Monday, or two days, but it never gets done.  Anybody else having trouble?
