I think you are right in what you say - $20 free to start with.
Make a deposit - regardless - if you win you can cash out if you dont win.....
You get $80 after one month free as well.

yes, after losing the initial bonus, I don't have any activities with them, I think it's been more than a month. They said my acct can not be credited, I did not ask them why, because I was busy at that time. I should go back to ask them.

My experience at Money casino...didn't want to post any bad things about any casinos and which I haven't really done before but decided to go head for this one. I got my first $20 from live support person name MA~(better not post her name-don't wanna be mean) kept on telling me to deposit then she would give me $100 right then? well I told her next time I would. I tried and tried to go back to ask for the second part but couldn't get through with anyone for few days and finally sent them emails three times ...nothing still. I finally got hold of someone and same person :-\ and this time she was really having a bad day or something, first she accused me that I already received $100 before and I explained it to her that is not possible since this exclusive offer only started a month ago and later she blamed me for not have made deposits and again told me to make deposit and she would give me $80 all of sudden she stopped accusing me of received the full bonus already so I told her that I will after I try with the second part bonus and she told me to come back in two weeks...I was still trying to be nice so I told her that maybe I will do that in the next day or so and she simply wrote good bye and ended chat ...I personally care very much of any casinos support system and I play faithfully at the casino who has top notch customer support but I have to say that this Money casino wouldn't be the one of them and I won't go back for the second part...what is the point? I sent them three emails and not even once I got anything back...compare to Rome, they have poor customer service. It is just my personal experience so if whomever likes to play at this casino, please don't mind my blah~  |

at least they were honest to say that in direct to you... I am thinking...if they didn't want to honor this exclusive offer for our forum, thy should never agreed with it in the first place, should have been stated as if you make deposits then you will get $100 free money. When I signed up at Rome from our forum, not only they gave me $100 in the real money account as real cash but super customer support so I kept going back to play for that only reason. If this casino wants a good business, they should have a better ways to run it. |
