Hi Floyd, my query is about downloading the casino ( not a complaint)...everytime I try to download the casino software it downloads but when it comes to opening the casino it says it has a DLL file missing and to download it again, ive tried 3 times, any suggestions?

I have been playing at your casino for a while now.  With no suprise I keep depositing and losing.   I'm no longer going to deposit at the casino until someone gives me a bonus so what do you think can you give a bonus.  Or shall I go to another casino and lose there.  So it's your call!!

I do have to say that go wild is a good casino they gave me 30 free spins on hitman plus a 100% match on deposit so I will be going back to the casino.  And laughes04 give the casino a try they do give lots of bonus and free spins its worth the try.

Phew, that's about the max of compliments people can handle before getting angry so i will stop there ;) Every word is true though.

It seems that i'm fully content about this casino, but there is 1 thing i aint so happy about. I run into a little problem with this casino and i was wondering if you can give me some advice on how to solve this problem or maybe even help me with this problem.

So here is my story  :'(



I started to play on Gowild and my heart was immediatly sold to this casino. I deposited some money and played till the money was gone. Didn't care i lost all the money i deposited, because i enjoyed playing on all the nice games this casino has to offer.
I deposited some more and some more and some more, used some of your nice bonuses, your free spins and i was more then happy about everything.


One day i was feeling lucky and thought by myself: "You know what,,, I'm gonna deposit some more with clickandbuy and i will see if i'm gonna get lucky this time." So i did. I took a nice matchbonus on the deposit with some additional freespins and started to Go Wild on the slot machines. My balance went a little up and a little down again and a little up again and i was playing a real long time and then it finally happened. "KAPPPOOOOOOW" I was winning BIG TIME!!!!!


The deposit i made that run was $150 and went up to 1000, 2000, 3000. I couldn't believe my eyes and were in heaven that moment. The playthrough amount was reached, so i put an withdrawal request of $1900 in the bank and continued playing with the rest of the money.

That money didn't last and i was running low and i still wanted to play like a highroller so i made a reverse withdrawal of $900 and left $1000 in the withdrawal section of the bank.

There it happened again. I started winning and if you were amazed about the 3000 i won earlier then maybe you will have to make sure you are sitting correct in your chair and try not to fall down before you continue reading this!!!!!

You ready???


Oke here goes.

I run up to about 4000, 5000 on silver fang (what an incredible slot is that). Silver fang was melting down so i tried my luck on sterling silver and that was the moment where all the magic happened.

I had some feeling it would get berserk, so i put everything on full and was hitting that slot with $65 every spin. I spinned some time (about 20 spins) and didn't get anything..........untill that magic push of the button!

I clicked on spin, the reels started turning..........First reel stopped with a silver bar, second reel stopped...BANG, silver bar, third reel KABLANG!!!! THREE WILD MULTIPLIERS ON TOP OF EACH OTHER......wow :P    But there it doesn't stop, fourth reel, silver bar, fifth reel silver bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

23.000 dollar with 1 push of the button!!!!!!


You can believe I was so happy i was thanking god on my knees 8)


Now for the drama part of this story.



I played a little bit further and there it happened  :'( The casino stopped playing.

First i thought there was something wrong with my internet connection. Internet was working fine. I exited GoWild and started it up again. I got the message: "The Casino has refused to log you on. Your User Account on the Casino has been LOCKED."

What The ........?!?!?!?!?!?!?


Now what happened. The clickandbuyaccount i used to make the deposit had been temporarily locked because i made a mistake while registering with my date of birth. I don't exactly know what i have put in there, maybe it jumped to january instead of february while scrolling my mouse or something. It really doesn't matter actually because the clickandbuy support contacted me, explained the situation, asked my if i could send them my id card and then they would correct the mistake in the registration and they would be delighted to reactivate my account.

So i send them a copy of my id card (front and back) and a copy of a recent utility bill and now i'm waiting for them to reactivate my account.

The reason why i got blocked at GoWild is because of the clickandbuyaccount that got suddenly blocked. The GoWild Finance Department wrote me an e-mail which said the GoWild account was temporarily suspended due to fraude investigation.
Next E-mail they send me said my GoWild account will remain locked permanently due to the unverified multiple accounts with ClickandBuy.

 :'( Goodbye 23.000 dollar i won fair and square

I contacted clickandbuy again, asking them why they have locked my account and again they respond saying they have TEMPORARILY blocked my account because of the incorrect DAY OF BIRTH i have put in with registering and they will correct it for me with the documents i sended them and all will be fine.

So i e-mailed the GoWild financial department again and told them clickandbuy didn't lock my account because of multiple accounts, but they locked my account because of the date of birth and that they were working on it to make it correct so they could activate my account again.

This is the mail the financial department send me as a respond on that.

Please note that you are blocked from ClickandBuy's side due to the opening of multiple accounts.

Your account with GoWild will remain locked with no option of being reopened.

What do i do know? I'm certain they are wrong about the reason why clickandbuy temporarily locked me. They say it's because i commited fraud, while the truth is that it has been blocked due to a silly little thing like an incorrect day of birth, but the finance department just don't believe me. And i even got proof of the reason of clickandbuy why they blocked the account.

There is nothing i did that has anything to do with fraud. I have registered my own bank account with clickandbuy. I verified that account. I used that account to deposit on GoWild. I played the slots on GoWild. I won after depositing a lot of money to GoWild and now they take all the money i won fair and square because they are to stubborn to investigate wether i am telling the truth or not and haven't commited fraud.


Can you please give me advice what i can do about this????????



I'm sorry for the long, loooong, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG story, but i felt you would have to know the complete story or otherwise you wouldn't have a good view of this situation.

I truly hope that GO WILD will do the right thing for you!

I did the same thing while registering at a different casino but it was the state that somehow went to a different state other than mine, but everything else was correct. So if I had of won, I am sure the same thing would of happened to me. Luckily, I had randomly checked my profile and caught and corrected it before depositing :)

I hope things do work out for you Bothekick. GoWild is by far my favourite online casino site.
