ok i downloaded the casino and made a user name lips92115 but now i cant get in contact with anyone for the free 10.00 to start

here is my report:
I wanted to check out this site first so I deposited only 25 euros. I had asked the live support if I could claim the LCB 1000% bonus and they said yes I can do so but I must deposit first. So when I had deposited I asked them to give to me this bonus but they said: no, the smallest amount for this bonus is 30 euros.   hmmm, I wished I had known that before. The live support then told me I could deposit 5 euros and then I would get the bonus for 30 euros. So I tried to do so but it said that the smallest amount for a deposit is 25 euros. So I had to deposit 25 euros one more time.  
Then the live support gave the 1000% bonus to me and I played blackjack with 550 credits.
to make it short: I lost my credits very quickly though I made rather small bets - mostly only 5 or 10 credits. my results felt very odd. the dealer was extremely lucky. he hardly ever busted. my results were very unlikely. therefore I doubt that the software is random and I cannot recommend that site.  
oh and btw of course I know how to play blackjack and yes I know that it might have been just bad luck. therefore I dont say that the software is rigged but if it were only bad luck then it was an extreme streak of bad luck and another player posted that he had similar bad results. so maybe something is wrong with this site. but only those who run the site know that exactly.

OK, I finally submitted a withdrawal, I bet all I won from the random jackpot and I got €300 from Sultans Heaven and €800 from Malibu life. I just submitted a withdrawal request, show me the money now!

I played blackjack 5 hours last night and I believe it was quite fair with me compared to a few other casinos I used to play like Partycasino and a few others where the dealer always get a blackjack and I get nothing…
