That same "Bill" told me "We can't give that to every player and you didn't sign up thru one of our affiliates". He further stated that LCB was just a list site not an affiliate, regardless of the "exclusive" offer.
I told him $10 was small amount to withhold for losing a potential customer at ALL their sites.
