most of the time if you did dl the casino through LCBs link, live chat will credit you the free bonus, minus the inital $10free. But hopefully zuga can help  us out.

Here's live help's response to exactly the above concerns...

To their credit, it seems support was ready to help & comp the other 25 (yes, I was stupid & impatient & didn't wait for the exclusive), but Rival's stupid "multiple Rivals/etc" rule reared its ugly head again.
***For the record I do NOT have multiple accounts at ANY Rival site (impossible, hello?!) tho' my roomies may have signed up at different ones. We keep a list to make absolutely certain that we DON'T dupe sites, plus Rival's software prevents accidents, which I like.***
Ironically, I just came back from re-loading my card to make a depo, signed on & saw the exclusive & here we are again. I didn't blame the casino because it's said to be Rival's rule & because the rep' fixed the problem promptly last week.
Now I'm less certain & I'll not give ANY Rival Money until I have something in print clearly stating this has been fixed.

Sorry to hear that. We're far from the only ones but it's a bummer 'cuz I really wanted to play tonight, got my funds all prepped & everything. Now I don't know if I'd dare depo at any Rival if it's a violation.

I tried to install the Rival Gaming software but as usual (on my computer)
I only get error messages and the installation stops.
I can never get these Rival Gaming to work.
Tried everything but nothing works Sad
