i recently took advantage of the $15 vegas palm casino no deposit offer after playing for a while my balance had reached $110 approx i played my balance down to $100 then spoke with support to ask if i can withdraw $100 support told me that i had only wagerd $127.00 i told the support agent that is not true i told him that i had a double up win of$60 and a combination win of$75 and at least 5 wins of$10 or more i got no reply from the agent and he ended the session about the double up i spoke with a another support agent of theirs prior to make sure it counts towards playthrough and their agent told me that if it is a feature of the game that it counts; as their support agent ended the session i did not have the option of printing or saving the chat or any similar option my account number with palm casino is fvpr40943628 thank you for your help

i have finally made playthrough and i have $150 left i have requested a withdrawl i entered a credit card withdrawl but it did not work i choose cheque and that worked but every time i contact support they keep hanging up on me |
