Online Casino

I am new to Online Gambling, but have been to plenty of casinos.  So I signed-up for the $25 bonus, and lost it.  Not knowing any better, I saw the $1000 free play and said why not?  So I took it and finished betting the required 100x play through ($100,000 in wagers) and still have $22,464 remaining (MAX withdraw is $/L/E 210).  So then I contacted online help, about making the minimum deposit of $25, so I can withdraw the $210 + $25.  Since I haven't seen anyone posting about non-payment, I have high hopes of actually having won doing a "Freeplay" - there are not any others I have found for US players.

As far as the casino being tight, there were some slots that I lost thousands at with very little payback, while other slots that were looser.

This situation suck, im a new player at this casino, and im not elegible for the bonus, dont under stand that, well no deposit on this casino,sounds fake any way.
