Got mine, built my balance up to 207.  Spoke with Ryan and was told to make a minimum deposit of $25, and would then be able to request $225 to withdraw with the same method (I choose eWalletXpress).  I made the deposit tonight and my balance shrunk to $75.  I spoke with Christine and she is forwarding my conversation with her to their accounting department.

I'll keep everyone posted on the status of this issue.

Still no email back from accounting. 
Balance remains at $75.
