I tried to claim the free play promo....I did click on the banner but the agent at live help told me I did not sign up through LCB! So he said I could not get it through him and told me to ask here. How could this be?  By the way this is a great site and the term "casino whoring" is brilliant. Any one have any thoughts on my predicament? Thanks for your responses...all the guy at live help would tell me is that I DID NOT register through the link. I said how is that possible when I used the link? He just tried to brush me off after that and said "maybe LCB can help you claim it." I said but it is your promo ! So unless I have lost my mind completely...I think I would know where I played before. But heres the thing...he did not say I had played there, deposited there etc. just that I had not registered through LCB. So excuse my language...but how the F**K would I even know about this promo which is an LCB exclusive if not through this site.? I will try your suggestion to reinstall and see if that works. Otherwise I will just not play there  because if what he claimed was true why did he not want to answer my question as to when I supposedly registered elsewhere?
