I have tried to download this site many times and can't seem to get it to go.  I either get free play only or when I go to real money, it doesn't allow me to sign in.  Very weird site.

I saw how much fun and success people were receiving from this casino/bonus, I thought I would give it a try.

But now I am told the max that I can cashout when I do meet the WR is 125 ...

am I reading everything incorrectly???

max cashout is 1.25 x bonus so 625

500 bonus is not cashable, so that means i need 1125 to cash out the 625 right?

From what I read from successful player (congrats btw), my understanding is correct. 

but how come I am told by live help that I have completely misunderstood it?

they said I need a balance of 625 to cashout the 125 ..(which is the max)

Min cashout is 1.1x the bonus ($550) and max is 1.25x bonus ($625). Bonus itself is non cashable.

So it cant be $125 the max cashout.

can the live help be wrong?

he kept telling me that 1.25 is including the bonus (but it's not cashable) so only .25 is cashable so which is 125$  I told him that is not my understanding of it, but he kept saying no

you can withdraw $625 but only $125 will get processed since the bonus is sticky. Apologies if this isn't clear and I wish I could have a note beside the bonus but I still think it's better than the Microgaming freeplays where you can only win a depositing bonus, meaning it's not really free.
