I have a question maybe someone can answer. Why is it that each time you make a cashout request at Playfair you have to send in a copy of you ID and CC information. If they have payed you out in the past shouldn't they have this information already. And if you used your cc to deposist shouldn't they have this information on hand.

My last post above was on Dec 5, 2009. I have not had a reply from you yet Jack. In the beginning you all were great, but your really slipping to say it mildly. Consistant, good service is what I look for in a casino. You guys are not making the cut anymore. jade

Just a quick message to thank casino33 and andyG at customer support as they dealt with my withdrawal in super quick time. Within a few days of making my request, my withdrawal was approved and i went to the local post office to pick the money up. Great help and support from the team who even emailed me the closest money gram agents for me to pick the cash up from. Brilliant casino games as well. A credit to online casinos

I immediately replied to his with a faxback form to the casino. After I received no reply, I sent Jack the faxback to his email address, PM'ed him, finally posted in this thread again and waited.

Jack isn't doing forum stuff anymore these days. He quit doing forum stuff after he got roasted in another forum that I'm apart of. Now supposedly the casino manager of the 3 has joined the forum instead. Not sure if he's lurking around here or not.
