A traditional baccarat table in a brick and mortar casino would be cordoned off from other games; the table minimum bets are usually high and there are generally 3 dealers and 12-14 players per table. The deal rotates around the table and the same person continues to deal as long as the banker wins the bets. If he does not wish to deal, he can pass on the shoe to the adjacent player.
