Very much an adventure story themed game in the tradition of Indiana Jones, when playing Jenny Nevada and the Diamond Temple one almost expects Indiana to come leaping out of the shrubbery – whip in hand. This is an illustrated game where jenny seems to have laid claim to Indie’s hat, whip, and all kinds of other ancient treasure hunting paraphernalia. She is basically a female counterpart of the Indy icon. Graphics are simply rendered in a “rough” comic book fashion, and apart from retro being the new zeitgeist, we suppose these illustrations get the job done. The accompanying audio track is repetitively Indy. We get the impression that the player should feel as though they were taking part in a comic book adventure.
