The player can choose to stand at either end of the table. Each table can usually accommodate around 20 players, and each player can have a chance at shooting the dice, players can also make bets on the person who is shooting the dice.

Every new game of Craps begins with a Come Out roll, subsequently during the game, a Come Out roll is made when the previous shooter does not make a winning roll. A winning roll is either a Point or a seven out.

The craps table is divided into three areas: the centre area which contains the proposition bets, and the two identical side areas where the Pass, Don’t Pass line bets; Come, Don’t Come bets; Odds bet; Place Bet and Field Bets are made. All “Don’t” bets win when the outcome is neither 7 nor 11, if the come out roll is 12, then the “Don’t” bets are treated as a tie.
