  Folks, do yourself a favour and avoid this casino, if you can call it that. These games are set extremely tight, the customer service is very rude. Based on my initial deposit I played with a bankroll of $500. Usually RTG sites are fairly good with game hit frequency. NOT at Win Palace. My money was gone in less than 3 minutes. My payout ratio was 40%!! It is sites like this that cause people to chargeback. Again, avoid this site at ALL cost.

  Sorry it took me long to reply, need to get the details from Winpalace finance.
  As it is stated, this bonus is restricted to slot games only. By gaining all your winnings on restricted games, such as Blackjack, you broke the terms of the bonus.
  I apologize that you haven't received an immediate email, it was sent to you the same day, but only today Adriana noticed that it bounced back and resent it to you.
  Needless to say that your deposit was immediately sent back.

  Deposited quite a few times at this casino and when I finally got in live help to see if there were "free chips" or "perks" for depositing players they said you would need to receive them prior to depositing. I have never seen a casino that did not offer a freebie for people who deposited a couple of hundred dollars. NOT a casino for players who love to play at a casino for perks.

  BTW when I did my deposits (aside from the first deposit) I did not request any bonuses prior to depositing so I was playing with monies I deposited and not bonuses. I was not happy when I did ask afterwards if I can receive a "free chip" and was refused since I had always played with deposits and not any bonuses.

  I'm very disappointed with Win Palace. I was excited to win $1600 and the withdrawel was processed quickly, but I only received $500 due to the fine print in their cash out rules. The rest was credited back to my account and I had to do another withdrawel request. Apparently it's at their discression to pay out any amount they see fit to new players. Players beware!!
