My horror story far exceeds all of yours because i made deposits more than a few times on Vegascasino21. After I made 1 of my deposits I did real well and in the chat area I asked customer service to verify that I played the 60x and I qualified for a withdraw. I know how to check my play using the reports tab and click on reconcile. I needed 18,600 betting dollars. My reconcile report said i was over 19,000. The customer service rep. said I was 6,000 short to bet real big to hit the the additional 6,000 real fast. I told him to add my 2 days playing together and i was at 19,000. I told him I knew how to multiply and i was at 19,000 and I needed to reach 18,600. I was told again i was 6,000 short. I played my account to zero then wrote a not so nice email to customer service. Within a week i got a call from another Vegascasino21 employee. Very nice guy and he told me there was a computer glitch and at the time it did say i was 6,000 short. I received some free chips and told they were sorry and my business was important to them. Let me tell you all how important it was. I went back to play on the Vegascasino21 site because i was curious what would happen the next time I asked for a withdraw. On my second small deposit with a bonus I reached the goal for a withdraw. I went to the chat area and asked customer service to email me what personal information i needed to send them to make a withdraw. My question in the chat area was never answered. I sent an email to customer service and the finance department asking for the information needed to make a withdraw. The only response i got was an automated response saying they received my email and under priority response it said low. I never heard back from anyone in customer service or the finance department. Unfortunetly, I have been depositing on this site for about 2 months now, and just won big enough to want to cashout now. I get up to 500 dollars which is the max for my 25 dollar deposit, and I ask them for the form I need to print off and fax back so that I can be ready for the documents come monday. The guy tells me only the cashier can send me one through email. I tell him this is ridiculous and to just give me the link to the form and then he bans me for being "unreasonable"...
