  I think there are a lot of casinos stalling right now. I just dealt with mine. Get this. I cashed out at 'Tropica yesterday....$300. AND had to resend in my documents, including drivers license, utility bill and sign next to each transaction. I told support I was only supposed to send in my driver license and utility bill in once. He told me they can ask for it anytime they want. It's funny though on the faxback form I filled out, it states you will only be asked for these items once. lmao.
  
  I am just grateful I went to support after my withdraw and asked to flush cause that is when I was notified I had to feel out the faxback and send in my verification documents. If I hadn't went to support I would be sitting an waiting and waiting on a withdrawal that would not come until I get my paper work in to them again. Maybe, they rerequested the documents so I wouldn't get paid in the normal time...I don't know if that is the case. It just sucks you can deposit and not get paid instantly. Sorry you two are going through this and at Christmas time too. I hope you get your funds this week!

It was reversed due to the end of year and not wanting any pending...........Soooooooooo i sent them an email that i knew an easy way to rectify the situation. Just frikking pay me out as it takes just moments to do so. Of course that didnt happen...
  
  Now ONCE AGAIN it is out of reverse withdrawal mode and in PROCESSING. So they reversed it a total of 3 times on me. I withdrew December 22, 2010..............

  DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PLAY AT TROPICA. They will con you by their free chips and then after you have a w/d they will send you it is processing email. Then after 5 days they will REVERSE it for NO reason and make you wait an ADDITIONAL 5 days. They have done this to MANY players. Then they will make up things for you to send in docs that you have already sent. They have BAD Reviews on Forums all over the internet, read them yourself.

  Last night I made two $25 deposits at Tropica. User name jokinsers. I did not use a bonus, this was MY OWN CASH.
  I played and then requested a $60 cashout to my quicktender account, from which I had deposited, then played a little bit more with the remainder in my account, and left the casino with $3.13 in my balance.
  
  This morning I accessed my account and you CANCELLED my $60 withdrawal and left me with only $25 in my account. What the hell? You just steal money now??? No explanation? How can you justify stealing my own cash? You then topped that off by removing all promotions.
  
  And I thought Tropica was a safe place to deposit!

  Tropica used to be one of my top 3 of rival caisnos, but it's changed now. I've been having long losing streak here, but that is not my complain. It's hard for me to deposit here again because recently Tropica did not honor the promotion that they promised. They didn't give me the credit for the "thanks giving offer 1" promotion in which a player deposit and wager at least $100 on Golbler Gold slot to qualify, then they missed giving me the 10% monthly cash back for Nov. I emailed support asking about it, but it's been couple days past without an answer.
