  This is happening with all the RTG casinos. Your antivirus recognize it as trojan virus but in fact theres nothing to be worried about. I can suggest you to email the casino and they will provide you with all the information.

  The problem with all the Virtual Casino group is that if you play too much, win too much, or use the no deposit, no playthrough bonuses that are offered to you in email, they exclude you from ALL bonuses. I don't think this is fair, but they make the rules. And no bonuses are cashable although this website says they are.

  i hope somebody can HELP about 5 days ago i was playing a ndb on slots of vegas and hit the progresssive jackpot while playing naughty or nice for $8,100+ they put it into my acct faster than i even realized that i had won it i must of been past my playthrough because it was in withdrawable and there wasn't any balance in the bonus spot i haven't made a dep there yet ill do that 2day but have deposited at club player way b4 i got this ndb or the jackpot is that money mine? does anyone know?

  every NDB has the max cashout limit, so you won't be able to withdraw the full amount. I advise you to contact the support and ask how much you can cashout.

  Despite all the warnings about this casino group, this is one of my favorite places to play video poker. Just expect to have to wait a few months to be paid. Every time I've won they have paid. I'm not a big depositer, usually $30-100, and I've won around $5K in the Virtual casinos in about 3 months, mostly as Slots of Vegas. A piece of valuable info, once you've been playing and winning for a while they will stop offering and quit allowing you to take the no restrictions, no playthrough bonsues. Enjoy them while you can. The best I saw was last month 300% no playthrough, no max cash out, any game (yes any). I play video poker and did quite well. They do take the bonus back from your won amount, but if you lose you only lost what you deposited. I wish I knew, I would have deposited much more.

  i playing here frecuently but a day . i request me payment in live support ,ahmm they not know under me payment ,i search to manager and discuss my problem so after 3 days I received my payment but also the same day the manager to close my account with silly explanations. I wonder who are upset or angry if that is money earned and do not understand why they take so long to pay assuming you already have registered and verified in order ever since that time in October. so I do not care to play in this group of casinos.

  Some of the Virtual Groups casinos have not yet updated to the new RTG software which gives you the current with-drawable amount in the cashier area. When I redeem a coupon code I always copy and paste the details of the code for future reference. NDB (No Deposit Bonuses) usually exclude progressive slots. It's important to follow their allowable games list because if you play excluded games they can void your winnings. Hopefully you'll get yours, that's a nice win.   I deposited $ 30 yesterday and after being told that the 2750% bonus could not be redeemed because LCB was not an affiliate they did honor it after I told them how and where I got it from so please make sure that you speak to live chat before assuming you can get this incredible bonus. Also I do want to say that though I have not made a withdrawl from there which seems to be the main concern I was able to play and hit some great wins.

  slots of vegas is a scam casino. I recently played and won a little over $800.00 and they will not give me the withdrawal I asked for.

  I won $400 at SOV this morning off a 300% no restrictions/no max cash out bonus with a deposit of $30. I'll keep this forum posted on how the withdrawal process goes. It's my first time trying to collect from any casino. Wish me luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed. Any way it gives me a chance to see what this group is made of.   Sad but true I recently got my wake up call Real Vegas online offered a bonus dep 25 and play with 1010 total I sat 5 hours to beat the 120k play through just to be denied my 200USD 3 times for the same excuse I never in my life sent in so much paper work just to be denied for the same exact reason 3 times then they offer me a 25 bonus chip I almost nutted up needless to say the last email they got wasn't a Xmas card done with that mess
