I created an account but downloaded directly from the site without connecting through LCB, can you delete the account roy222010 and unlock blueboy222 please

I had this issue at another rtg and was no problem, I would like to use the nd code JCND1 but it will not let me because I had downloaded and created the account direct from your site instead of through LCB, I am just trying to correct this

  I WENT THRU HECK AND ROUND AND ROUND WITH LIVE HELP AND THE CODE LCB25 IS NO GOOD!! WHAT THE HECK! I waste more time trying to get these sites to credit these codes and more and more - none of them are any good or expired! Someone needs to set these people straight or u need to get it straight.
