    I registered today with a 150$ no deposit free chip on Silver Oaks.
    While playing, I triggered a Random Jackpot for over 4k$ with my remaining playthrough at about 3.6k

    So I say to myself, OK - lets bet 100$ a spin to resolve the remaining playthrough since it doesn't matter much anyways.
    Now, the thing with the bonus coupons today is that when you beat the playthrough, the excess amount is withdrawn
    to the maximum alotted. The money moves from a bonus state into a cash state.

    Well, due to the lag in the transaction process and my excited spinnage, the bonus money removed itself, and my balance was 150$
    as I clicked the 100$ bet spin button again.

    NOOOOOO, but then, wait?!? I triggered the feature!!

    Total win is approximately 9,000$!! How exciting :D

    So I check out the transaction history and low and behold, the automatic withdrawal for the extra
    bonus money did in fact happen (it was some -5,000 adjustment abouts.)

    Now, my account has about 9,300 USD in it and I have submitted my faxback forms.

    ~ Based on the occurance of events, I should be entitled to the full amount! The question lies in the payout process ~

    i went through live chat about withdrawing as click2pay was not an option in cashier, and was told to email payouts (11 March 10) and was told to wait 7 to 10 days, after been told its impossible on my first live chat. After waiting to the 20 March was told had to lodge a request through O/N payment..... numerous chats was told 7/10 days not once was it business days..... so yesterdays was told that live chat could not help..but to mail payouts again and they would responds with 24 hours...and yet again no response at all from payouts, so this is twice i was promised a response within 24 hours and twice i have got nothing...

    so over a month later and countless drawn out discussions with live chat and no end in sight.....i am lodging this complaint


    If i was told it could take a two months for you to see any winning i would not have deposited......this is a joke...and still have no idea why i have had to wait, after being lied to, mislead, and stalled would be happy just to get my deposits back and not go near the silver oak casino...just warning others how they do not get the same result..i have kept all the chats

    I've been playing at Silver Oak since 5/2010, depositing only about $300 over 8 deposits and hadn't won anything until Oct 2010 when I found some good bonus codes "monster" and "big250" (big250 ends 12/31 which I used and did quite well. With all the negative talk about Silver Oak I thought it best to report the positive:

    Awesome win, I hope you get it BUT I think you might find a maximum cash out of the bonus amount being $150, which is why it automatically bounced to $150 at some point. I hope not but don't get your hopes up, good luck.

    I'm writing this review since I have deposited at SO 2-3 times with decent no restriction bonuses having allowed me to have between $300-$400 to play with and on each occasion I have played I have almost never gotten the bonus on the gams I play and on those few occasions I do hit it it has always paid really really small. One of my favorite games is T Rex and on almost all of the times I have hit the bonus the dinosaur in the middle doesn't even show up which of course is the point of the bonus game. I am not going to deposit here again

    I have won twice and it takes a month to get paid. I have a 3rd one in the process. They are slow but they do pay. Also be very careful about the rules because they will hold you to them with no exception. This is my favorite site but just ask questions with online help to make sure you don't mess up if you want to withdraw. Ask questions! did I say ask questions? Yes, I did. Don't assume you know the answer and you should do fine.


    Yes, I got burned for about $150 because I added a comp in the middle of playing a round that I had finished the playthrough not knowing that by using the comp I created a new playthrough which lead me to losing what I had planned on withdrawing. There is nothing that will warn you about adding a comp but just don't do it unless you want to add a playthrough.

    I also found that the withdraw button doesn't seem to always send it to the withdraw mode. Ask online help to verify that the money has been put into the withdrawing mode. It will actually show it as a pending withdraw.

    All in all the games play pretty fair when they are hot and they can be cold and you just have to know when to back off. One last thing be aware sometimes the online help people aren't all on the same page as I find out things from one person when another thought it was a different way. This is the same with most helpdesk situations you have tier1,t2,and t3 caliber help.

    Well I may have to retract everything good I said above. I was just informed by Silver Oak that I can no longer use their No Playthrough / No Max coupons because I'm a too experienced player. I've been playing online less than a year. This was as of yesterday when my last withdrawal was approved. (also the same day as my comment above).
    They said I have paid in $815 but I have won $790 and therefore I must play only the coupons that have a rules.
    I thought this was a casino? So what they are telling me is, that I'm not suppose to make any money, only them? I guess maybe I will move on because their bonuses are not all that great. Silver Oak was my favorite bot I'm not so sure now. Next thing they will probably kick me off their site.

    I stupidly did not read these before I signed up with them a couple of days ago. I only used the free chip and did not deposit, but was not impressed. And today they sent me a text. I hate that! I have email and wish these places would use that. People work, are sick, on a different time frame and a text or callt is disturbing. I check my e mails daily and that is all that is necessary. I'll regret signing up I'm sure. And I will check here before I EVER sign up at another one! LOL
