  although I did get a $20.00 bonus to play the stated $100.00 was not given they asked where I got it (the code) and said they couldn't verify it so they only gave me $20.00 disapointed but liked the games

  How do you even get the $20 bonus? I'm not seeing it, all you get is $5000 fun money, but both "BM" and "RM" (bonus money and real money) are at $0. There is also no place to cash in coupons, the cashier's only option is to deposit (ain't no way I'm doing that). Perhaps this casino should be off the list if the $20 no longer exists.

  Rome Casino offered me the worst online experience I have had. I cashed out on Feb. 3 and its now March 2 and today they told me that the fastcheck method I requested is having issues. Today was the day I would receive my check, but the casino waited until the day I was supposed to receive it to notify me. Now I will wait another 18 business days. They said there were technical issues with printing checks, so I pray that my check was the one that caused the problems, if not, then I know that the casino KNEW of the problem ahead of time, but failed to notify any other department. I will find out if it was MY check that caused the malfunction, otherwise, I will know that the casino already knew the situation, but failed to tell anyone of the problem, forcing me to wait almost 2 months for 1 withdrawal of $300.

  I requested 2 withdraws from Rome Casino after I sent them all my scanned documents. The first withdraw was dated April 23,2010 the second April 26,2010. I was told by customer service my wire transfer would take 18 business days. I was also told by customer service my account under withdraws will change from pending to approved when the wire transfer was made. On business day 19 my account still said pending so I went to the chat on the casino site and customer service told me i would get my money in a few days. Sunday morning May 23rd Roger in customer service talked to his manager and my withdraws were changed to approved. This was suppose to mean my money was being wired within 48 hours. No money was wired. Still everyday I get the same response from customer service. My money will arrive in a few days. I forgot to add I did email the finance department more than once without a reply. This is now business day 25. Either plan on losing your money at Rome Casino or expect 1 big hassle receiving your withdraw based on my experience.

  They do not off the $10 bonus either, I was told that the site didn't update their information...then the best part was I also had an email that I had received yesterday from a referral and so I spoke to him about that and he stated that he doesn't have to abide by anything unless it is on their website...he did give me $5.00 to play and I played for quite a while on that using the smallest amount possible for all lines.

  This casino has been stealing winnings from players. I would never trust them after reading gg review and complaint.
