Do not play at Prism Casino or any casino in the Virtual Casino Group. I deposited funds, played for a couple weeks, and only requested to cashout $300. I emailed their accounting department my authorization form and forms of ID the day I requested my withdrawal. Over three weeks later they locked my account and will not give me a reason why. I have played at numerous other online casinos and never had any problems. Please, don't waste your money or your time! Don't get ripped off by this rogue casino!

Prism Casino RIPPED ME OFF! I hit a jackpot for $10,700 and they refused to pay me. They said I deposited while the winnings were in my account. What a crock of crap! They will do anything to get out of paying you a jackpot. THEY ARE CROOKS! They take your money and will not pay you off. They took my 10,700 out of my account and refuse to pay me a dime. A lot of these casinos powered by rtg are bogus. ndcasinoportal list prism and others as "rouge" or do not play. I've hit 4 random jackpots while playing with no deposit money. What are the odds of even hitting one? I think they knew I couldnt collect so they let me hit them. Did you see how high Rudolph's Revenge random jackpot is on some of these sites? Over 30k on one. Yeah like someone is really going to win that money.

They don't pay winners...The don't respond to emails except to say, "you'll hear from us within one businss day," (AND NEVER DO!!) and tell you the games you were allowed to play for money won't pay you, yet they don't say, "you're playing for "play money." Also, no senior management is available to resolve problems....my problems have been going on since may 22. If anyone knows which commission controls this casino and how i can reach them i'd sure appreciate it.
