  Made 2 deposits using my credit card. Went to make a 3rd deposit and they had cut me off from depositing with my credit cards until I sent copies. I sent all documentation that they requested; even a picture of myself holding my credit cards and they have YET to bother to take the time to look at them and approve it. I waited ALL day to make a deposit and the live chat was very rude telling me that it would take 24-48 hours to check my documents and I'd just have to wait. Hell with that...they want to be rude and don't want my deposit, I'll just stick with Liberty Slots. They are the ones who requested the crap; they should take the time to check them and not be so rude.

  Well, they finally enabled the credit card deposit for me but even though it says it takes mastercard....do not try it if you are a new player. You can only use mastercard if you've deposited with a visa firs 3 times! Never heard of that so if you are planning on playing with a mastercard as a new player....don't even waste your time because it won't go through. This is not listed on their website anywhere.

  Just an update. Even though I started off rocky with this casino and their deposit methods...and one bad experience with customer service; I have played it a few times and do love the games. Always loved Vegas Tech gaming and I have had several other encounters with this casinos customer service and I must say they were all excellent, nice and very quick to respond. They are just new and are working out some of the kinks I believe.

  By far, this is the my oddest casino experience EVER. To get the $10 NDB, they had to "investigate" their database. This was after a very strange sign-up screen. Black type on a dark background, fields that didn't match up to the labels ... freaking nightmare. Being a web designer, I finally figured out their extremely poor programming and signed up. So I thought. I had to initiate a chat, they THEN gave me a member number and said to "click 'forgot password'" so one would be e-mailed to me. A freaking lot of work for $10.

  Miami Club Casino utilizes the WGT software and is sister to the site SlotO'Cash.
  The site is slick and attractive enough, and is easily navigable to search games, see previews of slots and find current promotions.
  Their current welcome bonus is a 100% match up to $100 on your first 8 deposits with a 20X WR on deposit and bonus.
  Their current minimum withdraw amount is $100 depending on the method, so be sure to check with support. Maximum weekly WD is $2000 for your 1st withdraw, $4000 thereafter, and anything greater divided into weekly installments.
  They have one very odd term (IMO):
  If a Player's account remains unused for a period of six months, the Company reserves the right to close the account and confiscate any funds remaining in the account. Accounts that are inactive for six months or longer will in any event be charged a monthly administration fee of $25, which may be increased from time to time.
  The casino is US facing, however, no Canadians.
  There have been numerous hiccups with support, withdraws, and deposit methods, although to their credit, their manager Georgina is keen to resolve player issues as they surface.

  I've played at Miami club...and my last experience I played for 3 hour at 5 dollars a spin...and 1400 spins later I had not received even 1 hit for free spins. In my estimation Miami Club manipulates the machines to make sure certain people win, although I am sure they would deny this, but I have never seen any site go 3 1/2 hours without giving some sort of free spins. I would be very, very very leery of playing this site and it seems to be nothing more than a collection casino for your hard earned money. They do not have a phone number for support which is very, very odd. Seems as they really don't want to be contacted unless its by email, yet they want alot of information from you. If your interested in just playing for the sake of playing than the graphics are good, but if you interested in winning anything I wouldn't try this site.

  My hats off to the management of this site. They have it so tight that for 100.00 you will probably not even receive a free spin. If you want to watch your money go right out the window with no enjoyment at all, play here. One hundred percent match isn't nothing it takes hundreds if you want to see a free spin. TIGHTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT.

  If you have a hundred dollars and you want to get just a little enjoyment out of it. Try flushing it down the toilet, because this site offers "nothing" in the way of entertainment. If you like to spin 400, 500, 600 times to get 10 free spins that pay a fraction of what you lost, try another site, this one will put you to sleep between free spin hits. Management at this site is awful.

  As one of the better looking casinos, Miami Club will attract a lot of players, and I must say that although I haven't played Wager Gaming Technology games before, this experience will be just enough to make me pay more attention to that particular brand.
  Site navigation is easy, and the layout will help you to get the most of it.
  You can choose to download and install the software (don't worry, Mac's are also supported) or just get in right to instant games, which I always prefer. You can preview the games, and in total you can choose from around 150 different games, which is enough so that you don't get bored soon
  There is no Free No Deposit Bonus on this site, and you can score a deposit bonus (first 8 deposits can get you a 100% Bonus each, up to $800). It would be good to study the terms and conditions prior to signing up, so you save yourself some time in the start.
