Let me tell you why to avoid this casino like the plague!!! I get a call from Ricky at the lucky club casino asking me if I would like to create an account. I told him I was at work and to call back in 4 hours. 1.5 hours later my phone started ringing, I answered to find Ricky on the other end and before he could say a word I reminded him sternly that it had not been 4 hours and hung up. Every 5 minutes for about an hour he tried to call me but I didn't answer until after work. Just to shut him up I opened an account and played with their $20 welcome free chip. While on the phone Ricky told me that the free chip had a 20X play through and no max cash out. I asked Ricky at least 5 times if he was sure there was no max cash out and each time he assured me that there was not. Much to my surprise, this was one of the rare occasions that I won money with a free chip. As I reached the play through requirement I had about $400 in my account. I continued to play (Red Sands) and as I dropped to about $380 my balance suddenly dropped to $30. I was betting $5 at a time. I called Ricky back and he assured me that someone would call me back tomorrow (because it was Sunday evening) to straighten this "computer glitch" out and get the money back in my account. Big surprise, nobody called me. I sent an email to their support address explaining my problem but still no reply. I called back the next Sunday and talked to Ricky's boss who explained to me that I misunderstood Ricky and that the free chip could not be cashed out. When I told him that I asked Ricky that very question 5 different times and got the same answer each time so the chance of a misunderstanding was remote at best. He then changed his story and claimed that Ricky was new and that this was his first week on the phones. It was easy to see they were trying anything to get out of explaining to me where my money went. He told me that he would take Ricky off my account and assign me to someone who had been there longer. A few days later I got a call from the same number 000-000-0000 so I thought it might be the manager calling me with an explanation for my money disappearing, but it was my good friend Ricky. He wanted me to make a $100 deposit. I asked him if he was insane. And why would I make a deposit when it will just disappear from my account for no reason. I told him never to call me back and hung up. Here is the best part, he called me back about 10 times within the next 30 minutes the first two I answered and reminded him very rudely that I did not want him to ever call me again. Now that takes some brass balls. These guys will take your money. P.S. I later called back and asked for the new guy named Ricky just to see if he was in fact new, the person told me that they didn't have a new Ricky. The only Ricky there had been there longer than most of the employees. WHAT A BUNCH OF LYING A~~ HOLES!!!
