  As a Mac user I could not get their "Mac compatible" software to run on my system. Spoke to Joseph in "Live Support". He was able to figure out a way around a password problem that plagued me since I have had for 6 mo. After the dust settled I was able to get the flash casino to start up, only to leave me with a a blank screen when it was done downloading. So far I would say that Lock Casino has a standout customer service agent (Joseph) but, their software still has some glitches to correct. At least for this Mac user.

  I love love love playing here. From the customer service (every one of those ladies is great), to the games and the super quick payouts. I usually withdraw via quicktender/usemywallet and the money is there within HOURS! I can't express how happy I am with this casino and how many times I will have intentions at making a deposit with a new casino because of the bonus they offer and at the last minute deposit it into Lock Casino because I trust them. I mostly use bonuses but sometimes I don't. My first deposit ever Anne helped me and made sure I submitted my forms which was a good thing because that day just as playthrough was done on my $25 deposit which I used the 500% deposit bonus I hit a minor Jackpot for $415.   You guys might wanna change the visible code for the 500% sign up slot bonus to: LCB500 not LBC500... Also the playthrough on that in 35x's deposit + Bonus now too.... Just thought Id let ya know...

  don't need to enter bonus code anywhere. The bonus code 'LOCKSLOTS' ( or any other you prefer ) must be applied to your account before depositing.

  I had to download the software for the casino separately. The casino that comes with Lock Poker doesn't have the same perks for some reason. Since I've downloaded it I have had great bonuses and they actually give you money back from money lost. (not as part of the deposit bonus, though). Each day has its own theme. For example this weekend is Mimosa125 where you can get 125% of deposit and cash back.

  When it first arrived on the scene, Lock quickly became my casino of choice for RTG. Deposit bonuses were frequent and generous and livechat support was stellar. I came to know each rep by name and found them very social; easy to banter with and I felt like a valued customer as they remembered my name and past conversations.
  At the time, they had THE quickest withdraws I'd ever come across of any casino: 5 minutes or less. They also paid not only quickly, but completely hassle-free.
  Then they slid.
  Minutes became days which became weeks. Their stellar reputation quickly lost stock. Having had such good treatment, I wasn't willing to settle. And being Canadian, I wasn't willing to wait for WDs when there were so many other casinos out there offering timely services. I understand for the US, patience is a required virtue these days when it comes to withdraws. I however, am not that patient and judge where I play by withdraws in 24 hours or less.
