All this after I've deposited about $250 a week for the past 3 weeks. They are certainly not like their predecessors English Harbor group who were very quick to respond, pay out and credit bonuses. This has been quite a load of crap and they don't seem to care they are losing my business.

  I would like to retract my above review. They did get back to me and I did get my no deposit bonus. It took a little longer because they have been overwhelmed by old English Harbor players. They were very helpful and polite and the games are great!
