Overview

As 3D is one of the excellent spices to make the games look additionally dynamic and vivid, it’s no wonder that establishments proudly point out when their lobby is equipped with such content.

Judging from the name, iGame casino belongs to those whose library has a fine selection of such releases, along with many other titles. There are also some interesting promotional packages, among which the introductory offer, as well as Refer a friend programe.

BUT:

There’s also the sad fact that this venue belongs to Kindred Group, famous for various unethical business practices. That’s what raises plenty of doubts regarding the reputability of this establishment. Is it why we can’t help hearing “iCheat” whenever the name of this hub is mentioned.

Wanna hear the entire story?

Integrity/ Trustworthiness

When Kindred Group purchased several brands that were formerly part of the Unibet Group, some major modifications into their Terms and Conditions were made.

According to the new guidelines…

“The Company reserves the right to reduce the Affiliate’s Commission/change the Reward Plan if the Affiliate does not generate a minimum of 6 New Depositing Customers in a period of 3 months”

In such a case, the Group can terminate the agreement immediately by written notice. And the worst part is that they plan to apply this retroactively.

At this point, you are surely wondering…

…why on Earth are we sharing this with you, when it has nothing to do with players directly?

The moment we decided to start busting ill-behaving casinos, we transparently share with you all the discoveries which may save you lots of trouble. A significant alteration such is the one they made may not mean a lot to you (directly!), but certainly means a lot to us.

Deciding to apply such changes retrospectively doesn’t seem fair, does it? The very moment we suspected that something fishy is going on, and our doubts turned out to be the truth.

Such a decision was a clear indicator…

…that they may also be capable of treating the players the same way. After all, you have surely heard about hubs changing their Terms after a player scores big money, making perfidious amendments that would enable the winner to withdraw the cash.

These changes along with several issues were enough for us to place them among rogue ones.

Player Complaints

One of the most important sections of our well-equipped and rapidly growing platform is direct casino support on the forum.

Representing the most valuable channel of communication with punters…

…numerous hubs send a rep to provide assistance to clients. iGame was no exception to the rule, as they sent Robin to be the one players can get in touch with.

“Hey everyone,

Some of you might remember me from Nordicbet a few years back. I am now the rep for the iGame group and I am really excited to be active here on the forum.

If you have any questions or something to share feel free to leave a post here or send me a pm.

Hope you all have a great week

 Cheers

 Robin”

Apart from this…

…we saw no more comments from Robin on this thread. But, what we DID see were complaints from two of our senior members. They both commented on the poor quality of customer service, and one of them had the account blocked for letting the community know about issues with some promotional offers.

Thanks to the member of our support team, the compromise was found for one of the issues, but again, Robin’s nowhere to be seen.

Perhaps we all have a different definition of what “active” means…

…but one thing for sure, Robin being “really excited to be active here on the forum” makes no sense at all, as she simply vanished into thin air. (At the moment of writing this review, she was last active over two years ago.)

Though these issues are far away from burning…

…we would still advise you to steer clear of this parlor because it’s part of the group involved in unethical practices.

Our base features several establishments operating under the same roof, all of them labeled as ones to be avoided. Those are Unibet, Maria Casino, Bohemia, Roxy Palace, 32 Red, and Kolikkopelit.

Searching through our base you will encounter a variety of comments…

…from members who experienced problems with them. But, even when putting extra efforts to resolve some issue and try to communicate with the team from such venues, we receive the following:

"As we no longer work with LCB, we can’t discuss complaints."

In an industry like this, it’s punters that should always be put in the first place, regardless of the issues between the two companies, and Kindred simply fails to act professionally. And making the situation even worse, they refused to cash out the winnings to those who registered in some of the venues using our affiliate link.

On the other hand:

The fact that they don’t longer work with us, doesn’t prevent us from exposing them and warning the community about must NOT visit destinations. Particularly if they don’t respect players and their interest, time and money.

Conclusion

When one establishment acts unprofessionally towards its business associates…

…it’s not necessarily the strongest proof that they will do the same to players. From another point of view, if they DO act disrespectfully towards business partners, suspecting that they will treat the consumers, in the same way, is justified.

You see:

In a highly competitive industry, such as the iGaming, there’s no place for scammers and those trying to get away with unethical practices. Betting shops like iGame Casino and similar deserve to be exposed so that the community would be aware of their misdeeds.

So, this venue is best avoided…

…along with many others which we placed on warning. As our way to contribute to making the entertainment industry a safer place for players, we’ll keep up the detective work and let you know the moment we bust another villain.
