  i got a $50 birthday chip. made the playthrough and was going to withdraw $250. all of a sudden my balance of over $2000 was down to $20. no warning at all. spoke to live chat and was told the balance gets reset to max cash out amount when you make the playthrough. my balance never went to $250. it went straight to $20. i never had a reply to my email and live support would not listen to me when i said my balance NEVER went to $250 so i will not be depositing here again.

  Hi, my username for Grande Vegas is hontis.
  
  Firstly, i submitted verification about a year ago. Chat person said they got
  it. I started depositing.

  about a month ago, they blocked me from making deposits using credit card or
  prepaid. When i inquired, they said that i didn't send in verification. I told
  them to check call log, and basically i was told i was lying.
  So, I cancelled my account.

  I reopened it because i missed Grande Vegas. sent in all verification. After
  deposits, for a year, irregardless of amount, I have always been able to got to
  chat and request a free chip after loosing.
  
  ALL OF SUDDEN,
  
  Last week i deposited $10, went to chat for chip and was told the first time, I
  had to make another deposit before I could claim chip.
  
  I deposited 10.75 Went to chat. A different rep told me I couldn't claim a chip
  because the deposit wasn't a minimum of $20. I explained that with both deposits
  it was $20. She said it can't be added up. So what the other rep. told me wasn't
  taken into consideration. So they said they would forward to management.
  Management explained same as second rep. So it doesn't matter what different
  reps say when representing the company. (I FIGURED JUST LIKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
  IN A STORE, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FOR ADVERTISED PRICE NO
  MATTER IF THERE WAS A MISTAKE MADE ON THEIR PART)

  I deposited $20. Went to chat. Was told I couldn't claim a chip. I explained
  what rep and manager told me last week, and again it didn't matter.
  
  In two weeks I have deposited $60 and received a $10 dollar comp. before it was

  Grande Vegas is certainly one of the more reliable of the RTGs out there (and there's quite a few). In a sea of RTG rogues, it's nice to find one with a bit more dependability.
  Acquired by Jackpot Capital back in 2010, they have the added benefit of belonging to a group with both experience and a history, not to mention, a following.
  Their promotions aren't as 'glossy' as some of the others nor their deposit bonuses as large, but to me, that adds to their credibility. They frequently offer the fare of 50-100% in their mailers. Perhaps a bit more spam than I'd care to receive, but by no means, one of the worst of the offenders.
  As an RTG they offer all the standard games as one would expect from an RTG, their games are current with new releases, but sadly they don't optimize their front page to promote the newest releases in order to stand out.
  Their 100% welcome bonus is generous without being flashy and they have the added benefit of JPC support.
  In a world of far too many RTG rogues, Grande Vegas is one of the better options.

  The Grand Vegas site is one of the more generic I have seen so far, and I wasn't really that impressed by what I have seen. Then again, I know that this is a RTG site with an impressive reputation, and I do love RTG games. First thing I did was checking if they have the latest RTG games already on, and although they don't really advertise it, you will find the latest and greatest already available.
  What I like is that US players are welcome (nice for a change), so definitely a place I will share with some friends from US.
  You can play from the browser (Adobe Flash support needed) or download the software and install it on your computer (Mac and PC both supported). No mobile access available yet.
  The bonuses don't look that impressive (100% up to $200), but even with a 30x play-through and a minimum $20 deposit, I still managed to win some, then made the withdrawal and got it on my account in under 3 days. Really hard to complain.
