  very strange rules in this casino!
  I make my first deposit and don,t get the 100% bonus! spoke to online support,and they say,you must send documents first,like ID and proof of adress,before you get the bonus! so I did send,and is now one day later,spoke again to online support,and they must wait for a answer from casino management! they say everybody must send documents first before you are eligble to get the bonus! I never hear this in any casino! that is the procedure they say,very stupid procedure,it never stays in the casino site about this.

  I get a answer from online support, I,am in a negative database so I don,t get any bonuses from the casino! but I can make deposits,and play,and withdraw! but not for the bonuses! very strange all this.
  also why I,am in a negative database,get no answer for this.
  never never hear about this,I know all playtech casino,s and other. never have problems. are there more players who get this strange reaction?

  actually something similar happened to me few years ago. I was banned from some Playthech casinos that i planned to register with, due to "bonus abuse" .
  Something similar you have with white label Rival casinos, where if you are bonus banned from one Rial their system bans you at the others as well.
  
  However it is their right to deny promotions and you can always choose to play without a bonus.

  this is the only casino where I,am in a negative database!
  I have accounts in all playtech casino,s and microgaming casino,s., not any problem there.
  thats why I think so strange why they say you are in negative database so not allowed to get any bonuses.
  also I get a answer from, bonusparadise.com, they say we are not a partner from this casino,and don,t promote this one,because the very strange rules they have,don,t play there.
  also when I register I get directly a email from the casino,deposit right now,go to cashier,and the bonus is in,.
  I think more people don,t get the bonus,also in terms and conditions about the bonuses you can,t find anything about that you first must send documents for your bonus and that not anyone are eligble for the bonus,except Italy.

  Guys, highly recommend to you NOT TO PLAY at this casino!! Because they are SCAMERS! Since the last week they stop to answer my messages and didn't pay me my 500$. During the month they appologizing and said that they will pay, but there is nothing, I sent them all documents and they apporove it long long ago. So I don't know what to do, they ignore me - that's all....

  I have the similar situation. I'm tired to wait money. I am fully ignored by this casino since last week. No answers, no money, nothing! Guys, NEVER, NEVER play at this casino and don't trust them money, you wouldn't see it again! I'm tired to read silly messages like this "your transaction in final stage" - during month, but now they are ignoring me, fully ignoring!

  It's hard to be smart and play in the Casino after reading reviews that are really not that favorable (to say the least), but I just wanted to test it with the bonus. The site itself is not that bad, regular promotions and new games banners, and download links everywhere (only PC support), and although I prefer instant web casino games, I gave it a shot.
  The bonus is not that impressive to start with, and the WR's are also a bit on the high side (specially if you plan on playing something other than slots. The support in my case was proven to be not really helpful, almost as if I had a different information every time I asked the same question, so I don't thing I will be coming back. Oh, and in case you're wondering, I spent the bonus without winning anything, and I did play slots.
