  Played my favorite 2 slot games. One I rarely got paid anything for line wins during spins and absolutely no bonuses or free spins. The second game I played I got 10 free spins pretty quick but ended up with less than $2.00 winnings. Then, after that and for quite awhile and just like my first game I didn't even get line wins. Approx. the last 7 minutes of my 33 minutes I started getting 10 free spins and once even 40 free spins (got $15.00 from that one). Although I did better towards the end it was tooo late to try and make a comeback.   i am having a hard time getting all my winnings at one time from them and one person dont know nothing from the next one says one thing and another says something different. its insane to me why they allow you to withdrawal up to 2500 a week but they will not deposit 2500 into your account and then make you wate two weeks before they put your money back into your account before you can do another withdrawal that is going to take 10 business days again to get...... crazy no other casino does this

  hi donwon44 i have the same issue with them i have even emailed the rep tim that emails me every time and its still hard to get a answer from him. they have lines they type for every question you ask it seems like because i have read so many complants from others and its funny how they all say the same thing i got in my emails. best of luck

  I won twice at Golden Cherry, $700 and $1900 .After cashing out, I got an email from Tim Robins
  
  "Due to a management decision your account with us has been excluded from redeeming promotions".
  
  I questioned WHY management had made this decision and got this response from Tim Robins.

  They will not pay you correctly, they will manipulate your winnings or put it back into your account so you have to go thru the waiting period all over etc; They are experts at online casino thieving.. I have been playing for 12 years and have had some excellent wins and a lot of loses also. I have had the worst experience of all the casinos online with GOLDEN CHERRY CASINO.. They are the ones that slow play you into thinking you are going to do alright and they let you win but when ot comes down to paying you it is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.   Find another place where US players are welcome. Golden Cherry doesn't have that strict country policy, so it is a good place to play if you like the nice, large and international community.
  As a good Rival site, I was happy to see they include my favorite iSlots, and I stayed and played for a while, trying to use all the available bonuses. Good to know that you can save a lot of time by sending the required documents to verify your account as soon as you register your account, therefore, shortening the waiting period when you want to withdraw your winnings.
