  Signed up three days ago and waited till the 72 hours were almost up before enquiring through online chat why the $15 ND bonus had yet to be credited, only to be told that I was "not on the list" of eligible players. Not impressed - and I was actually planning to deposit here after playing with the freebie...

  Guys!!! Never play at Delrio Casino!!!
  
  They are cheaters. I received nodeposit bonus at this casino. Then i met the wagering requirement and earned 200$. I made deposit 50$ in order to be able make cashout. Support said me that i can cashout all 250$. I ordered cashout. In some days they asked me to send them my documents. I sent them my passport and utility bill. In 3 days they wrote that i shoul send them notarized id via post to Philippines. I wrote them that i am not an idiot and i will not engage in such nonsense because it will tale more than 1 month while the letter will come from Russia to Phillippines. In 3 days they wrote that everything is allright and there is no need to send them a letter. they wrote wait some days and we wil pay your money. it passed a week but i didnt get the money. then i wrtote them again and they answered that they are still waiting for my letter. what idiots!!! it passed more than 1 month and they still didnt pay my money. i asked them to close my account and return me the amount of my deposit - 50$ but they wrote me again that i should send notarized id by letter. i send them it via email but they dont want to pay me!!!

  I did hear back from them. And you will have to send them those notarized documents.
  
  This is in order to verify your identity, and even though its rarely required to send this type of documents, it is not entirely unheard of.
  
  My advice is to do what they asked you to do.

  I believe that was not enough. They need to confirm your identity hence why they have asked you to send notarized docs by regular mail.
