    This casino is terrible. They won't pay out your winnings. They let you pay by credit card, and accept payment, but don't state when your depositing that they don't credit back to card any winnings you may win. I deposited $25 and did not claim any bonuses or any specials. I just deposited via visa and when I won $200, I wanted to withdraw. they only have two options for withdrawing. Click to Pay, which I called and they stated they don't handle casino transactions and wire transfers. since I don't have a bank account, they are making every excuse not to pay me. Now, they say I never deposited $25. I have the charge on my card records, I have all transcripts of live chat help printed where they acknowledge the deposit but I had to wait until the week started because accounting wasn't in on weekends. He also stated they can credit my card back. They have tried every tactic not to pay me, but I am not letting up. BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS CASINO. THEY DO NOT WANT TO PAY LEGITIMATE WINNINGS!!!!

    This casino is not paying on their withdrawals for a US player! I submitted for a legitimate (met play through / deposits / paperwork submitted) withdrawal on October 8th and they still have not paid. They are using stall tactics which included not even being able to submit for the withdrawal for over a week because they had technical issues. Now they tell me to wait for 10 business hours and I will hear from the accounting dept., they are having technical issues again, etc. Ironic that they can't pay out because of technical issues but they can accept deposits. Beware!!!

    This casino has still not paid my withdrawal which was requested October 8th.

    Zuga with Latest Casino Bonuses has tried to assist, but they still have not paid. There are reputable casinos out there, but this one is not one of them!!! I was told 2 weeks ago that my wire transfer had been done and would hit my bank account by the end of that week. I call for an update when it didn't show up and they couldn't tell me anything. The next week they tell Latest Casino Bonuses that they need my wire info. You have to provide the wire transfer information when you request the withdrawal through their system or you cannot submit it. I sent it again, in addition to having already re-sent my ID, credit card info, etc. I have sent emails, called and Live Chat. They have now started disconnecting the chat as soon as it is assigned to a rep. When I call they tell me they will call me in 2 hours when the accounting dept is there, but no return phone calls. I guess these guys do not want to pay out legitimate withdrawals and figure players will give up after getting the runaround for a month.

    My advice would be to not make any deposits with these guys and if you do, consider it a donation because they do not seem to want to issue payments. As far as I am concerned they really are scammers!!!

    I finally received my withdrawal!

    It took over 30 days, but they did come through and honor their policy. I would still caution other US players to consider my experience and it appears other players, before making a deposit and/or withdrawing funds.

    2 weeks ago I won 250 euros, I first requested a withdrawal then I replayed and I won 900 euros.     I wish I would have read some of these comments prior to playing at this site. Although I have not had as bad experiences as I have been reading about, I have still had some not so good ones. I originally joined this site a while back but for some reason I never really got around to playing very much. I went through a busy time and didn't get online much period. However, I recently began playing here and the winnings aren't too bad but I have experienced delayed payments. So far, I have not experienced a non-payment, just very slow ones at this point. It has sometimes taken up to three weeks for me to receive a withdrawal. I never wait the same amount of time. It is always different.     initially I loved this casino but there is a very common problem that me and a lot of others users must have faced is the payment process. I have still not been paid since 4 months.     okay so crazy luck casino . I'm gonna tell me my story about here i think this casino didn't had warning when i signed up here so here it goes :
    I claimed the 10 no deposit bonus from the casino forum played it and won the maximum amount well it required to make a minimum deposit of 25 .
    Did it and made the 125 cash out request , well i contacted live support daily so i could get my cash out .
    I did this like 7 days and after many lies that i get it today tomorrow some day etc i just gave up the support were so awful they had no clue what they were saying and top of this they were extremely rude couple of times. So after i gave up and though my money is gone i never see it about they 10th day i made the request the cash was in my moneybookers.
    I was like what the heck what is this 125 doing here and i saw that they really paid it , after this i decided to gave them another change and made a deposit well this time i won 200 with 25 deposit without bonus.
    And of course the same happened support told i get it in 2-3 days it took about 2 weeks and i got it.
    So conclusion: I would say that they do pay eventually but really slow , customer support is confusing awful and rude. No i didn't make anymore deposits here but i think they are not fully rogues since they eventually paid. at least for me. I have rated this casino 2,5 stars but really now that i think over it again maybe 1,5 stars would be better.

    Well I am happy that I never had any problem with my payment at this casino because I never able to make a withdrawal here lol. I only have played once at this casino and as I said I never made a withdrawal so I was very unlucky at this casino.

    I wish that I had bothered to check here for the reviews before I started to dump massive amounts of money into this site. I would deposit between $300 and $1200 daily at this site, and did so for a good two months until the day when I finally was winning. I was so excited, because despite the fact that I have spent huge amounts of money daily at tons of sites, I have won only a handful of times.

    Anyway, their playthrough is not at all what they claim it is. I kept checking how much was left on it, and was calculating how much it should be according to what they claimed it was. I should have had a $240,000.00 playthrough. I kept track of my bets the entire time, and when I reached that amount, it still showed that I had $68,340.00 of playthrough to go.

    Amazingly, I made it through their inflated playthrough, and was ecstatic, only to discover that when I tried to withdrawal, it would not process it. To make a long story short, they said their processors were having some glitch that conveniently lasted exactly 13 hours and 20 min, the exact same amount of time that it took for me to keep playing and lose all 13k back again.
