  Coolcat casino scam.
  I made a couple of deposits and played through some bonuses and requested a withdrawal. After 2 weeks, my account history said that my withdrawal was manager approved. After another week I chatted with their online support and was told that this was not the case and my winnings were taken away. They redeposited my original amount with no comments whatsoever. After a week of waiting for the "overnight" check, I chatted with online support once again. They then gave me the information that my winnings were taken away and that all the rules about the bonuses and withdrawal requirements are on their website. The only problem is when clicking on the link for specific rules about specific deposits, it says that the page is not available and none of the information provides any more specifics.
  The casino host was very rude and just kept referring me back to the non-existent rules about the bonuses.
  I would not suggest that anyone play at this casino until the rules are made available and account history shows more specific information.

  I have played at other online casinos and received my winnings quite promply but at Coolcat I have been waiting since April 20, 2009 I keep getting the excuse thing and still have not reived my winnings. They are giving online casinos a bad rep. Surely there is a gaming commission that set rules? So take my advice Do not play there if you are playing to win

  I won a small amount and it's been 2 weeks, and still nothing. I received phonecalls almost every night offering a no max playthrough no max cashout coupon offer. As of two weeks ago that all stopped and now I can't log in to the web site or any of their other sites. Sounds and feels like i'am not going to see my money so stay away from cool cat. A good casino to go to is Gold Club Vip. Last year I won 5 JACKPOTS and was funded on all of them within a week and a half max. Hopefully the bad casinos will just go away.

  I requested a $1100 withdrawal on 7/13. It is now 8/11 & finally got an email telling me they approved $750 & it would be another couple of weeks for them to wire transfer it to me!!!! When I inquired abount the difference in amounts, was told they make you repay any bonuses received if you win. You don't have to repay the bonus if you lose!!! Cool cat casino is a joke if you are from USA !!!!!!

  Another victims of cool cat casino.... Won $200 of the n/d $400 bonus... withdrew $200 and I sent in documents. Rep tells me to wait 2 days before confirming... Logged on after two days to confirm and noticed they denied my winnings claiming i had two free chips. I went to account and noticed a bonus chip redeemed after a day of my withdrawal request. Can't believe they posted a bs bonus redeem history so that they dont have to pay. I told cashier rep that it was bs and i didnt log on that whole day but she kept telling me two free chips and wins are voidable. STAY away from this casino.

  I don't know if you're aware of this, but Wild Vegas is a skin of Cool Cat, they are the same casino. What happened was that you have an account in Cool Cat, where you requested your withdrawal and another one in Wild Vegas, with a different username (if you don't remember what it is, let me know and I can send it to you by PM).
  
  On the 11th, you logged into Wild Vegas but instead of using your WV account to log in, you used your same Cool Cat account. So you redeemed and played the second bonus without realizing you were actually using your Cool Cat account, in the WV skin.
  
  I asked the grievance group to review your situation and asked them if an exception could be made in your case, they agreed so your withdrawal has been re-requested for you.
  
  This is a one time exception because I wanted you and other players to know about this type of situation. Please everybody, be careful. We allow two accounts in the same casino when they are opened through different skins, that is the case of Cool Cat / Wild Vegas or Prism / Slots of Vegas, but PLEASE make sure you log in with the username that belongs to that casino, so you can avoid this type of situations.

  I have played at Cool Cat and Wild Vegas using the no dep bonus with different usernames. How on earth am I supposed to know that this is one and the same casino? It wasn't a problem anyway as I lost my bonuses on the slots so quick it's just not funny! Come to think of it, over the last six years I have never won at any RTG casinos.

  I tried this no deposit bonus and went through the $8000 playthrough. The casino took $3000 from my account leaving me with $392. I tried to withdraw this but they said I had another account and used the $100 bonus explosion code. If this was the case they should of only took the $100 back at the most. My account is bm2929 and the way I see it they stole $3400 from me. They said the other account could of been made at wildvegas etc. they shouldn't of let me make another account if it was going to mess up my main account somewhere else.

  this casino definately doesnt want to pay. been playing bodog for years and im spoiled, always get a check in a week sometimes 3 days. never had problem. even for 4k. Now ive been waiting for 3 weeks for alousy 200 from cool cat. But my deposit went thru fast. Hit my account next day. Sounds like a casino that wont be around long. Or they will start sending bad checks. Ive also ran into rude cashiers. anyone else get the the systems down call back in 30 minutes. got that 4 times one day

  Yes Cool Cat is one of the worse casino online. They will tell players anything to get you to play on this site or one of there others. You will be fine on there site as long as you dont make a withdrawals. They love your deposits buy hate your withdrawals. PLEASE - PLEASE - listen to what am saying this is one place to stay away from -- bad news here or on any of there sites. How they stay online,I will never know. They told me they make lots of money & have lots of players. Well they should have money cause they never pay anyone or slow,& I mean slow,like months.   This doesn't mean they can't redeem the chip, because the system doesn't have a feature that allows us to restrict the bonus code by country. Players from Netherlands and any of the other restricted countries will be able to redeem the bonus, but they will not be able to cash out since it goes agains the terms and conditions.
  
  In your case, the code was denied due to an error, which was lucky for you because that way you contacted CS: please ALWAYS check Terms and Conditions before requesting a bonus, especially you since Netherlands is restricted in a high number of casinos.
  
  What they mean when they said you can receive a free chip if you deposit is that sometimes the casino makes exceptions. In this case, they're willing to make an exception if you make a deposit, but you do have to make a larger deposit than $5, our standard minimum is $25.

  I'm not sure what the problem you are refering to is. You had already used the LCASINOBONUSES.COM $400 free chip, so you cannot use the 1000BONUSEXPLOSION, since it is also a free chip and it is also meant for new players to try the casino. However, you can definitely request a first deposit bonus on your initial deposit, for example the WINATFIRST275 for a 275% bonus on your deposit.   I won at this casino with the no deposit chip, but at present they refused to pay out and shut my account down. I am in contact with Marty, who seems very helpful, to see if we can straighten things out. I will update this when something happens.
  The site itself has a good selection of games and offers very good bonuses. If they do actually pay out when someone wins, it would be a great casino. We'll see!

  Nope. I've been banned. Apparently winning is considered an offense. Still, at least all this happened before I deposited any real money. This is a good lesson for all: don't ever deposit much real money before trying to withdraw! Oh, and avoid Virtual casinos.

  The problem with all the Virtual Casino Group is that if you play too much, win too much or use all the no deposit bonuses, they exclude you from ALL bonuses. I guess they have their reasons, but I don't think it's fair. I don't consider myself a bonus abuser, I just take advantage of the emails that are sent to me offering the bonuses. Now I can't use them. And you are right. It takes about 2 months to get your winnings.

  Read and Learn here, worst Casino I have ever come by.... in line with Cirrus and Tropica. Treasure Mile another worth avoiding.   A few days ago I asked Cool Cat to temporary close my account for a few days because I was having my computer serviced and I know that these repair geeks can get into any files from my computer. I called Cool Cat a few days later for them to reactivate my account, they told me that I requesed it to be closed because I was addicted to gambling. LOL and a bunch of bull. These people have a SERIOUS communication problem!! I did not alter the agreement in any way what so ever...I simply asked them to deactivate the account for a few days. I have tried talking to these F--ls and they still don't get it! My account has been permanetly closed, but maybe this is a blessing after reading all of the above posts.
  
  Yes, I am angry and honest. I can agree that the staff can be very rude at times and keep you going from department to department when trying to resolve an issue.   Watch out for these con artists. They emptied out my $7000 + account when I tried to withdraw because I "played a tournament game with bonus money". There are legit online casinos out there but this is not one of those.

  Requested payout on 4/10, payout approved 4/20, as of this date 5/9, still no money.. Also requested payout of 2200.00 on 5/2, not approved yet. I can't see why anyone would continue to play here orfor this group of casinos. They give all on-line casinos a bad rap. I will not play there anymore until i get withdrawls that have been requested.   Finally rec'd payout of 390.00 on 5/12, that was requested on 4/10 (34 days). Just had a second payout for 2100.00 approved 5/13 that was requested 5/2. I don't expect to see this one for another few weeks.... My sincere thanks to Cindy Greco who was instrumental in me receiving my first payout.

  Requested payout of 390.00 on 4/10, payout approved 4/20, finally received on 5/15, 32 days from original request.. Requested another withdrawl on 5/2 for 2110.00, payout approved on 5/12, as of this date, 6/1 payout still not processes. Tried calling the withdrawl dept on several occasions and was on hold for more than 20 minutes each time. Tried live chat, and was told the standard line, 10 days to approve, 10 t0 20 days after approval before final processing. Once I rec'd my first withdrawl, I am no longer allowed to use any free chips, or "no max" cashout bonuses. Yet I still get e-mails daily that say faster payouts and better bonuses. What do you do... If you were to treat employees of Cool Cat the same way they treat customers what do you think would happen....
  Until things change, and they become accountable to someone stay away..........

  Ok guys don't shoot me in the head but i have not had any problems at Cool Cat Casino. I have been a member there since around 2008 and have won many times without any hassles. I know they are real buggers about following the rules but i have never been one to abuse bonuses anyway and maybe that is part of the reason i have had no problems here. Two years ago i won a random jackpot playing Rain Dance for $3k and was paid without a hitch. I am not saying that players don't have issues here but all i can do is tell my story and i have been lucky i suppose. I know somebody out there has had to have success with this casino and im not the only one and would like to know if anyone else besides me has.
