  I am new here can anyone answer this question please. Why am I having such a hard time trying to create a password at club player casino? This may sound stupid but is it a certain way you have to create the password? Can someone help me with this problem?

  I play reguarly at this casiino. It is not the best for freebies, the only freebies you can get is after you have deposited. Other casino's offer "specials" for being a real depositer for perks, but this casino is not one for them.

  I am definitely not playing here again! I deposited money and used a coupon and won. I requested a withdrawal on 8/1/11. It was approved finally on 8/16/11, BUT I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY WINNINGS! I have contacted Live Chat several times and they say the processing time is now longer, even though 7-10 days is still advertised at their casino. As of today, 9/9/11 I still have no clue as to when I can expect to receive it. I WILL NOT DEPOSIT MONEY AGAIN AT THIS CASINO!

  I highly discourage anyone from depositing at this casino. I made a withdraw on 3/02/11, it was approved on 3/18/11. I have been making repeat phone calls and sending multiple e-mails inquiring about my withdraw. Nobody could ever tell me anything until last week, (Jan. 2012), when support said that they sent it on 6/07/11. I never received one e-mail from them saying that they sent the money, not to mention that was 2 1/2 mths later than when they were supposed to have sent me the money. There is no way that I could've known that they sent me that money cuz everybody I talked to gace me the run-around. Guess what else they forgot to mention in their Rules/Regulations?The fact that you only have 28 days to get your money when they send it by Money Gram. I didn't even know they sent it so how was I supposed to have known to pick it up? Needless to say, the Casino did me very wrong on this and I lost $219.00. This casino has the worse management with horrible, horrible customer support. I DO NOT recommend depositing with them EVER! They are not to be trusted at all!

  I won at this casino and it took the 10 business days to get withdrawl approval that they stated. But it took another 20+ business days and patience to finally receive payment. I want to thank Cindy for all her help. If you are willing to be patient and make sure that all of you documents are in order before you request withdrawl, then you will be fine playing at this casino. They did pay as promised. It just takes longer than expected. I will play there again. Thanks again Cindy:)
